We have emailed Care.com many times regarding an issue and no one has gotten back and there is NO option to speak to someone. We really needed help and to speak to someone but because we were desperate we double payed. My wife had created an account as a Tutor (teacher) but then wanted to be a Parent (to get a nanny)/ Care.com said you cannot use same email for both, so they advised to cancel the tutor profile and create a new parent profile. We were told once we did this they would transfer over the premium payment (because my wife paid for the tutor profile) but a week went by with NO help. Now I am forced to just pay again. I would really want someone to call us at *******987 or *******122

It is OK but a little confusing

It is OK but a little confusing. A quick tutorial of the basics would be helpful (like, "here's how to post a job & hire someone" or "here's how payment works", etc.).

I also couldn't log into my account today, but clearing my browser cache fixed it. I haven't had this happen on any website for years, so I'm a little surprised. A point about on the FAQ or on the login page about this would be helpful.
