User interface is not smooth and requires too many clicks to get to what I am looking for. Outdated GUI on the profile pages also, and error messages that are unclear about why there's a problem or what to do next.

Deceptive company
January 30, 2022

I started this subscription for 1 year and the next day I realized that I will not be needing their services. I sent a message and asked that I be canceled and get a refund. The charge was $125. They said they were not able to provide any refunds under any circumstances regardless of the situation which I believe is disceptive business practices especially if you didn't use the service and know you no longer will be using it. To lose $125 just like that hit me hard because I am a single parent. They will not give a refund. I'm very unhappy about their policies. Buyer Beware! I can't recommend this company knowing this is the way the conduct business...

I have used my husband's email to make this account. I HAD a caregiver account years ago and I tried to close it, to make a parent account. Care.com scheduled the closing of my account for a year out. I just wanted to hire a babysitter and I couldn't. Even after emailing the help desk, I got no response. Just... really poorly done.

I am so frustrated and upset!

I am so frustrated and upset! I just paid for premium, I sent a total of 5 messages to 5 different possible caregivers, and I am not allowed to message a 6th because it says I have reached the maximum messages I can send in 24 hours. What the heck? I want a refund if I am limited to 5 total messages a day!
