Care services are helpful for the most part, but navigating the website/webpages are difficult. It is not user friendly or intuitive. This has been the most frustrating experience so far. It would also be helpful if there were a way to organize your messages. Applicants, favorites, etc. Again, the way the website is set up has a number of limitations.

Horrible experience. Total catfish to begin with, they display all these people who either dont respond (after they make you pay 50 to sign up) or, these people already have jobs. Do not give them your hard earned money like I did. Total scam!

Logging in was a major hassle

Logging in was a major hassle. First typed in my email. Got a message that someone else had the same email. Which I confirmed it was me.
Then I typed in my password and got a message that the password was wrong. When I got the email to change it the site came up white a completely blank screen.
I was, and still am, majorly frustrated by this.

The payment said that it was $12something a month for an annual membership. Nowhere did it say that you had to pay it all upfront until you're at the very end of the payment process. That's not okay.

I can't scroll up or down in a message that I am composing, which is very annoying if I need to edit something.
