However I downloaded your app, which is a nightmare. Can't update personal profile as it won't save the edits. Won't even take the credit card.

The information is organized but it is apparent from reading the bios that many of them have not been updated in a long time. Old information should be removed or updated as it makes it seem that those caregivers are no longer interested in providing services.

Forcing customers to give their address and private phone numbers just to contact a business is anti-safety and would not happen under normal circumstances. I feel like you are taking advantage of a subscriber because to use your service - we have to give away our PII to companies we wouldn't normally do so with just to send a basic inquiry.

This price, with all of the add-ons, is extremely expensive when we are looking for a person to only very occasionally watch our dog for a couple of hours. Maybe this site is not for us.
PS. Dislike very much the "got ya" - we get responses after posting a job and cannot view responses until we pay. Not explained up front before we post job. Shady.
