The description of subscription options is misleading. You sell a "monthly" subscription that's not billed monthly but is rather billed in one lump sum. That's called an "annual" subscription and should be labeled as such. Shame on you for misleading people.

My account was initially blocked (without explanation) and it took nearly 6 months and several service requests to get it resolved. The communication from Care.com was not helpful (non-existent), and the experience has been poor. My choice to continue and try the service is with the hope that my experience with the care providers will be significantly better than my experience with the website.

Hard to find information about memberships and what they actually provide. Confusing that you offer a paid criminal report history but advertise as having 100% background checked caregivers. Navigating add ons left me wondering what I just paid for.

I signed up for a premium subscription for a quarter since there is no other way to view the applications received or to contact the applicants. I used a 20% off promo code to reduce the cost and saw the deduction on my invoice. After inputting my payment details, I proceeded with the payment. When my active subscription details were displayed, I noticed first payment date was 3/28/22 which is today's date, okay. Then I saw the first payment amount was higher than $63. Xx amount I agreed to pay on the previous page! I am on a fixed income as is my mother (who needs this care) and cannot afford to be taken advantage of. I started to cancel the premium but decided I would bring it to your attention and request an explanation or adjustment asap. You may contact me via email or mobile number on the account. I want completely out of this process and you've made it nearly impossible to stop. If I need to report this to State officials, I will. We have a right if recission in TN, so we have three days to cancel a purchase. Please do not bill by credit card and remove my account from your records.

Une arnaque! Je fais mes recherches, ça dit qu'il y a 3 gardiennes pour enfants tout près de chez moi, et que les trois ont été actives «aujourd'hui». Je prends donc un abonnement afin de pouvoir leur écrire, et une fois fait, les trois n'ont même pas lu mon message! Donc, faux profils, j'ai écrit à Care disant que je voulais un remboursement, et j'ai eu une réponse qu'il ne faisait aucun remboursement! Je paye, j'ai personne à moins de 10 KM pour venir garder quand on me fait croire le contraire et vous ne me rembourser pas!? Je suis très fachée de tous ces gens qu'ils doivent arnaquer! Je suis au Québec.

I have to be in guest mode in chrome to login. So many redirects it always fails to load and it took me forever to figure out that the issue wasn't my login information. Only advice is to 'clear cookies' and that doesn't do anything to help the issue.

When I put in my criteria for nannies there is no way to filter out those who aren't available right now, which most are NOT available for my needs.
