Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Why am I spending $30-40 for one month of service just to find a couple people to clean my home? That money's not going to the person I find, it's going into Care.com's pockets. You charge the professionals to be on your site, which is more costs for them, which is also going into Care.com's pockets. You $#*!ers are exploiting fragile people in bad situations for profit. $#*! you.

My experience with the site has been horrible so far. First I could even make a payment to post a job and then I started looking for help on how to interview candidate before "confirming" them and the help chat function does work. I want my money back!

The website continually gives login problems. It will say "care.com has redirected you too many times." I tried to call member services and it is only an automated message. To chat with support staff, you need to log in, which I was unable to do. I had to make a whole new account.
