Shopping here is like taking candy from a baby. I get a 20% cash return on something I'm going to do anyway. I keep like $500 of these cards at all times.
I mean... golf, eating out... it's all there. It's silly not to purchase on this site.
I have used card cash for a few years, but have decided to stop. They changed their policy to 45 days from purchase (so it isn't even from when the cards arrive! They could takes days or weeks to even get to you). And they keep doing business with card sellers that steal the money after the 45 days! If they have proof that these people are stealing, why keep doing business with them? Because they still make money! They don't care about you as the buyer. Run away! I have even had problems within the 45 days and it took months to resolve... they kept sending the same canned responses to my complaint until after the 45 days... then quoted the 45 day policy! Run away! As fast as you can! There are other better companies to use like raise.com (1 year guarantee).
I like saving money but at times I have had $0 on cards that I have purchased. Customer service has been great and refunded all my money so I am not out anything but now I make sure to check the balance on my cards before I go to the store.

I have had only a handful of instances where these gift cards did not work, but Card Cash has always been great about refunding me.
This site is so easy, my hard cards arrive in my mail in a few days and I can use my pal pay account. So besides saving money, it just couldn't be easier to order from Card Cash. So far, I have only purchased physical cards.
I bought an electronic Hyatt gift card a while back, and noticed recently that Hyatt was requiring the PIN to check the balance on the card I got.
I contacted CardCash twice to ask them if they had the PIN on file from the person who sold them the card. The first time, they said they would call me back and find it out. They never did. The second time, they said they would check and e-mail me back.
Their response was "I regret to inform you that I was advised that we will have to stick to our policy especially that during the time the card was sent to you Hyatt still accepts card that does not require a PIN number."
So they're not willing to even research what the PIN is so I can check the balance on it.
I'm going to try to use this the next time I go to a Hyatt, and if they don't accept it, I will be trying to force a chargeback with my credit card that I used.
Purchasing gift cards at such a discounted rate has never been easy. I usually get my purchase within a week. Highly recommended.

The purchase was simple and the card had the correct value. I wish the guarantee was more than 45 days though because I would like to buy more from other merchants but don't know when I would spend the money.

I purchased this card to gift it to someone but was not able to because the PIN was totally scratched which gives a impression of a used card. Now I have to spend that money forcefully.
I've used this site and completely satisfied. I made a purchase of 2 Macys cards. Returned an item and the credit went back to the original card that purchased the gift card, or thats what I've been told. I was passed the 45 day guarantee, so I do understand that, but i'm out of $69.00. Ive talked to everybody involved with this card, and got no help. The last person I talked to was Macys and after numerous calls to them and you, they said they would put the money back on my account. Haven't seen it yet, but feel confident that they understood my problem I don't feel they should be responsible and take the loss. I feel that CardCash could look back and find who the original person was that sold this card. I think she got the money put back on her card. Again, I realize there is a 45 day guarantee, but I didn't use it right away and its taken me forever to get this settled, and not settled yet.

I have heard horror stories of CardCash and receiving gift cards with no money on them or money being gone after grace period warranty. I have also heard customer service being responsive to issues inside grace period. So far, I have had zero problems with CardCash.

We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
