I've bought several cards from cardcash and never had an issue. This was no excpeption. I got 23% off of a card I needed to use for some big purchases at Harbor Freight. Combined with HF coupons I got some smoking deals.
I haven't had any issues with my orders yet, cards always have the exact amount listed and they have always worked. Love the great deals!
I lost $80 on a Red Lobster gift card. I failed to use it before the 45 day guarantee ended from CardCash. I paid with PayPal and I thought they would guarantee the purchase but they didn't either. A competitor, Raise, offers 100 days guarantee. I have stopped buying from CardCash and only buy from Raise now. I also try to verify the gift card balance as soon as I get it. I also verify it with 30 days after purchase if I don't use it by then. No problems getting a refund if you contact either CardCash or Raise before their guarantee period ends.It was around 100 days before I noticed the Red Lobster card was no good. If it had been less than the 45 I think they would have refunded my money though.
This is the greatest website... I have saved hundreds of dollars with the click of the mouse. It makes brick and morter stores affordable
I ordered a card for a gift and received it within 5 days. I just wish they hadn't written all over the front of it. I was able to remove the marker with acetone.

The cards that came in the mail were okay; however, hope they are guaranteed the amount that was promised for more than 120 days; and the email cards are a little different.
I have never used CardCash before, and I found my experience great. I picked out the cards I wanted and I received them in less then a week. I thought it was very easy to purchase gift cards fro cardcash. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to save some money with the great variety of gift cards.

I bought several eGift cards but 2 of them were invalid. I contacted CardCash via email and received an acknowledgement of my email immediately. A day later, someone has researched the issue and determined that my complaint was valid and issued a refund. The refund was delivered several days later. Overall, their ability to resolve issues is very prompt and satisfactory. I would have preferred that they check the validity of the gift cards before sending them to me.
The only problem is they are out of stock on many many stores.
I've used Card Cash for several years now and have increased my purchases in the last year. Their processing is hit-and-miss: sometimes, they seem to lose track of their orders and it gets stuck. Sending an email to customer service usually fixes the issue after checking the online system to see where it is in the process. Other times, they are fast as lightening in filling orders. So, it is a mixed bag: I'm willing to order but I'm having to watch them like a hawk.

I complained a fraud and was surprised they i had no issues getting refund
I purchased 13 cards as employee gifts. So far, I know that three if them had zero balances. According to the issuer, they were purchased with stolen credit cards and have been appropriately canceled. I will know by tomorrow how many others are bad. Extremely embarrassing.
