I did have a problem with card showing zero, But with extra effort from Rachel J. From customer service problem was resolved an refund was issued.
Thanks Rachel J.

I have purchased multiple cards for multiple stores at this site. From the cards I have purchased - 60% of them have lost the complete balance or gone in active within a few weeks.
If you buy a gift card from them, there's a 60% chance it will be worthless in a few weeks. The website only covers you for 45 days - after that, you have to file a credit card dispute to try to get back the money this site scammed you out of. Not impressed at all. STAY AWAY
This site hides behind their 45 day "guarantee" to justify supporting FRAUD. If you buy a card on this site expect to be defrauded of your investment. If it is something you can verify and use immediately, maybe, but otherwise stay away! They need to be investigated by DOJ.
I lost $900! I called Bloomingdales only to be told they are not authorized buyers of Macy's or bloomingdales. Yet their website advertises Macy's. Of course I exceeded their 45 day window (conveniently that's how long it took me to resolve my claim with Bloomingdales). They are scammers who are clearly scamming. I was told the card was fradualent zero balance and I lost $900. They bank off people not figuring out their scam in the 45 day window.
I purchased 2 e-giftcards from this site and both had previously been used. When I contacted the site about getting a refund or replacement I was told they don't do that. HOWEVER, shortly thereafter, I posted my frustration here on this site and was contacted to make things right. And they did! They refunded my money on the two bogus vouchers immediately. I'm super impressed and they have restored my faith in their business.
Thank you Card Cash. You've regained a customer!
I so wish I had read these reviews before I spent $85 on a gift card that is worth nothing. They do not stand behind their products, so it is a definite gamble to use them. Card might be good and it might not.
I set to ONE star so you would read my experience (they should be FOUR starts IMHO). Like others I was happy to buy cards at a discount until one night at Applebees I was told the $100 ecard had no balance. I first called Applebees and discovered the card was used in a different state after I bought it! Of course it was within 45 days and CARDCASH honored their guarantee. So I checked other cards I still had not yet used. Dang, some of them had zero or small balances. CARDCASH again refunded my purchase. I recommend especially for e-cards (my situation) that you immediately check the balance and then use them within 45 days. You will be fine then. It is the worthless scammers selling to CARDCASH that are the real problem.
I purchased a chick fil a gift card and found out the card was purchased with a fraudulent gift card and therefore closed. Card Cash would not refund my $ despite the card being closed do to fraud. I would discourage anyone who uses this site; there are far more reputable companies that have better customer service.
**Original Review** See update below.
Bought a $90 Panera Bread giftcard and used it twice. Probably spent just under $20.2 months later tried using it again (today) and it had $0.01 left in it! Haven't had this issue with other gift card resellers. Very upset and definitely will never buy another gift card from this company.
**3/15/17 Update**
Cardcash reached out to me and apologized for this issue and even though I was outside their 45-day guarantee, they refunded me my order. So now I'm not out any money and I'm much happier with these guys. I upgraded my rating from a 1 to a 3 thanks to their social media team.
2 of 3 gift cards didn't work. Out of the three I purchased the 2 Applebee's cards didn't wGift cards didn't workork
I've used other gift card resale companies in the past with little or no issues. I made my first purchase from them today. I received the gift card information in my email about 12 hours later. I tried to use the gift card, and the pin number provided to me in their email was not valid.
I submitted an issue on their website regarding the problem, and it says that it takes a week to respond to customer service issues. Ridiculous!
Purchased a $100 Cheesecake Factory gift card, gave it to a friend. She went to use it 7 weeks later and it was worthless. CardCash has a fine print disclaimer that the consumer is out of luck after 45 days. Won't even refund their cut out of the sale. I'm sure it all works fine for some people for some transactions, but for others this is a total loss. Really disgusting business practice. Scammers enabling other scammers.
I bought several gift e-cards for Cracker Barrel and used some without a problem when suddenly I was told by the CB manager that they would no longer be accepting Cardcash coupons. I contacted Cardcash and was quickly replied to. Cardcash had no problem crediting my Mastercard for the cards purchased. I am very satisfied with the way Cardcash dealt with my problem. I will continue to purchase gift cards, just not any for Cracker Barrel.
Easy to purchase the gift cards that were available to buy! I never had any issues with Cardcash. Great buys.
CARD DID NOT HAVE THE AMOUNT I WAS TOLD IT DID... CARD WAS USED AFTER THEIR 45 DATE PERIOD. I WAS TOLD SORRY. 45 DAY WARRANTY.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE... READ THE REVIEWS...;;;
The company cancelled gift card and then transferred to another card to be sold after 45 days. I am now out $128.27. If you want to be SCAMMED this is definitely the place to go!
I bought 3 $50 Golden Coral Gift cards and gave them away as gifts. When they didn't work, I reported it to CardCash 46 days after purchase they say 45 days for refunds (but wasn't 45 days since I received them) as I was mailed the physical cards. They still said it's my tough luck. I have bought like 100 cards from them and have given most away as gifts. Who knows how many were zero I was never told! It's a complete rip-off! I am out a lot of money!
Refused to replace a bad $50 gift card, and tried to blame it on seller instead of its verification process. Not safe to use--
I entered 4 cards with a face value of $130 and a trade-in value of about $105. I verified their value with the companies website directly and through Cardcash. (I was afraid one expired or something and didn't want to short someone.) I mailed all 4 in a single taped, padded envelope with insurance and tracking per Cardcash's instructions. The post office confirms that they recieved the envelope. Cardcash gave me credit for 2 of the 4 cards for about $48. When I contacted Cardcash they claim I did not send 2 of cards. I would avoid this company and try the competitors. Regardless, probably best to just get instant credit and not mess with mailing the physical cards.
I purchased a $50 olive garden card for $42.37. That night I went to Olive Garden and was told it was only a $15 card. I received a refund from cashcard for $29.66 which works out to be $12.71 for the $15 card. The e-mail I got said I would receive a refund for the missing balance- I expected $35. Stay away from this company!
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
