Although delayed approval works well. Purchased cards worked well. I have nothing more to say. I have nothing more to say
Quick, and easy to order. Received gift card very quickly. Website was very clear and easy to follow to order.
Gary, Glad to hear! Thanks for your business.
Carter received had a zero balance! Customer service was not very nice. Had to wait several days for a refund!
Mary, I'm sorry to hear you received a zero balance gift card. Our claims team takes 1-5 business days to process all refunds. I hope your future experiences will be more smooth.
I had the same problem as numerous other people. I have purchased 3 egift cards for Fridays. I checked the balance when received and balance was as advertised. Then the balance disappeared. I am in Fla. The card was used in Times Square about 2 weeks after i purchased. Leads me to believe that they are selling the same egift card multiple times unless they are stupid enough to buy egift cards from people. Will dispute through my credit card company.
Gary, I'm sorry to hear about your experience! I responded to your privately and hope you email me back so we can resolve your issue asap. As an aside, we are a secondary marketplace and yes, we do buy gift cards from highly vetted sellers. We have a 45 day guarantee so we will make sure that you get refunded for your purchase. Thanks for reaching out!
The CardCash guarantee is only good for 45 days. This is a very short guarantee period as their competitors have longer guarantees. There is something wrong with this company as it seems to have an unusually high number of cards that go to zero shortly after the guarantee period (sometimes before the 45 day guarantee period is up). They seem to buy from people who are dishonest and if you let a card go past the 45 day guarantee, someone else uses the card and the honest purchaser (me) is left holding the bag. This has happened to me on at least 3 occasions. If you are absolutely sure you will use the gift card within 45 days, then it may be worth the risk as they have given me a refund on bad cards within the guarantee period. But, if you do not use your card within 45 days, you are hanging out there and may very well lose whatever balance is left on the card. I do not recommend CardCash until such time as they significantly lengthen their guarantee period.
Donald, I'm sorry you feel that way about our company. We have many layers of anti-fraud technology to prevent such occurrences, in case it does, we have our 45 day guarantee in place. Please continue to use all gift cards within that time frame. We hope that the benefits of using discounted gift cards makes it worth the added inconvenience. Thanks for reaching out!
Gift card with almost $200 left is unusable because of fraudulent activity (purchased originally with a stolen credit card). BBB site shows pattern of this same activity from this company. The company refuses to do anything after 45 days even though this is fraud.
Renee, I'm sorry to hear about your experience! I see you emailed into our support with the same complaint. We will resolve your issue asap. Thanks for reaching out!
Very professional and expeditious! I'm looking forward to more opportunities with this company... especially TJMax
Thanks Elizabeth! I love TJMaxx too :)
This is an update. As I thought so far. We are dealing with a 3rd world group who have given my information to a Third party software firm. I have written this Racheal who touts to just write her and she will solve your problem. False SO FAR. I will see is my security issue is resolved and write a review to let All others know what happens. Please like this review if you also have a security issue as this will help build a list for others to get theirs resolved. Thanks All... Bob
Robert, I'm sorry about your experience! I may be able to push your order through. Can you please send an email to [email protected]?
I'm purchasing from the store anyway so buying discounted gift cards it's an obvious way to save money. Fast and reliable delivery with card cash.
After several positive experiences, purchased restaurant gift card. Checked value on reception and was good. Due to schedule did not get to use for 80 days. Discovered card was voided 5 days after my purchase. Original card purchased with stolen credit card. My request for refund denied due to being past 45 days. Since "Cardcash" claims superior fraud department, I appealed to follow through on reporting the fraud. Since they only profited from scam, no interest shown in following up. Will avoid in future.
Larry, As a loyal customer, I'm very sorry this occurred. We have sent you a private message and we will try to resolve your issue asap.
Thanks for reaching out!
TOTAL SCAM. Do not send this company any money - you will lose it all or most of it. They are running an internet scam.
Amy, I'm sorry you feel that way! Customer satisfaction is our goal, is there anything I can assist you with today?
QUESTION FOR CARDCASH? YES. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. YOU KNOW ACTIONS LIKE THIS STAY WITH YOU, FOLLOWING YOU UNTIL THE KARMA CARD JUMPS OUT ONE DAY AND SAYS BAM! TIME FOR PAYBACK, AND THEN YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO LOSE. SAD BUT TRUE
Tracey, I have sent you a private message. Please respond with your order number so we can assist you asap.
Numerous times I have tried to use gift cards from CardCash and more often than not the cards have a zero balance. AVOID!
I bought this on Feb 22th and received e-gift card number and pin on Feb 23th. It was used in Chicago in store. That was insane. I was studying at school and has never been to Chicago. THIS IS SCAM.
Since I did not pass the 45 days of purchase, I hope I can get refund and update my review.
Only buy cards if you can use them yourself within the 45 days. After that the money is usually gone. Don't buy cards to use as gifts. Many scammers sell cards on this site. Costco told me people buy gift cards there-list them on card cash site and then return the card after the 45 days for a refund. I didn't know you could do this but day 46 the cards are usually worthless and customer service is no help. BEWARE of a purchase on this site.
J, We are very sorry about your experience. Our reps have contacted you privately to help resolve your issues with your gift cards.
I purchased 5 GCs and 2 had $0 balances. CardCash did refund my money for them. Another one had $50 balance at CrackerBarrel. I used $28 worth for a balance of $22. Within a week later, it was $0. When I asked CB about it, they said the $50 GC was purchased with a stolen CC and they set my balance at $0. I notified CardCash and they said since the purchase was made more than 45 days ago, they were not held liable. I am now in process of disputing the charge through my CC company. If you do purchase from CardCash, use the cards immediately and use them for the full amount. I won't be buying from them again - read the lousy reviews on this company.
Edit: CardCash finally did offer to refund my money, but my CC company already took care of it. I told them I had already been made whole. They did not want to refund any money until they heard about my review. I now consider this case closed. For future reference, please use your card as soon as you can and use it all up at once.
George, Thanks for your review. A rep has reached out to you privately to help resolve your issue with Cracker Barrel.
One I tried to use and discovered the 0 balance and was able to get a refund. The other they refused to refund because it was past what they said was clearly advertised as a 45 refund policy. Just be aware that you might have both worthless cards and a clock ticking on your purchases!
Terry, Thanks for informing the public of our 45 day guarantee. I'm sorry about your experience. One of our reps have reached out to you to resolve the issue.
I recently purchased a TGI Fridays card from card cash based on their e mail solicitation for a 40% off sale. When I attempted to use it there was no value on the card. Cardcash would not honor reimbursement on this obviously fraudulent transaction as it exceeded the 45 day limit. This is the third zero balance card from cardcash. They did refund the first two but not the third.
I have purchased a total of 10 cards from Card cash. Half of them worked and the other half did not. Unacceptable and not worth my time. There are other discounted gift card sites to use and I have never had a problem with them.
I have bought numerous cards from this outfit and recently more than half of them turned our to be worthless, or worth less than paid. Most of the bogus cards I was able to notify the seller before my 45 days warranty period were up and received an adjustment. Sometimes in checking a card's balance immediately after purchase it will appear that the card has the advertised balance but subsequently the balance will go down or disappear. I recently tried to use a $50 card for Texas Roadhouse for the first time and discovered the number was invalid; CARDCASH advised me that I am beyond the 45 guaranteed days but in spite of that they provided a refund.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
