Cash card has always been excellent in responding to problems I have had and corrected same within a couple of days.
The problem I have been having is I purchase a card, then when I receive it, it's not for the valve I paid for or it has no balance. This has occurred a number of times recently primarily with the Cracker Barrel e-card.
You have always refunded my money but this is a hassle. I give these cards to other people an it is embarrassing when they go to use them (and they are no good). Some of the people I give them to can not afford to pay there bill.
I would think you could check them before you email them.
I now try to check them before I give them out, but this is a problem C B web site will shut you down sometimes and C B would not check them the last time.
Twice I have received cards with $0 value. Although they refunded my money, both times I had purchased them using an extra discount that then I was unable to benefit from.
I have had very good experience with CardCash. There was one incidence where the balance on a card was zero. Cardcash reimbursed me for the total. Thank you CardCash!
On most purchases the cards were just fine and were a real value. However, have run into some issues with the e-cards showing a balance and then, at the time of use, having a zero balance. Although this is frustrating, Card Cash's customer service has been very reliable and has consistently rectified the problem with a timely refund or adjustment.
An eGift card was denied at the merchant and I called to get it replaced. There was still the balance shown on the card as purchased, but the merchant said if the barcode doesn't scan then they can accept it (not even entering the barcode number into their system).
Was told that my only option was to file a claim with CardCash and wait for a decision. If the decision is positive I would get a refund. I said not to bother, as the eGift card should have just been replaced. Making a customer jump through hoops is the best way to lose a customer!
I have bought about 3 cards so far and the experiences have all been positive. No issues whatsover. Why does the feedback have to be at least 100 characters?
I received my gift cards in a timely manner. I was able to verify my gift cards which gave me peace of mind. Very satisfied. I Will buy again.
I purchased two $25 cracker barrel gift cards for $16.25 each. When redeeming cards, I was informed one was worth only $7.50. I was refunded $11.41 (not yet credited to my Visa card). Not worth the time, effort and confusion at the checkout counter.

Order abruptly cancelled without any reason, no one reached out to resolve the issue, received a generic email almost 24 hrs after placing the order
Cards were legit and fully credited. But had some difficulty hearing back from customer service regarding a processing issue.
Cards were mailed quickly. Balances correct and easily added to the restaurants app. Quickly able to use.
Careful shopping yields results easily and efficiently. I am a repeat purchaser and will be back again.

My first experience was wonderful and then it all went downhill from there.
Cardcash accepted my first PayPal purchase for a GC but then every single purchase since then has been denied citing my order has been denied by the fraud department due to 'high risk' without ever proving a solution.
I called and spoke with CardCash about this situation but they were very unwilling to assist me. Their suggestions were unhelpful and frankly I really felt like they didn't really care.

I even tried creating a new account (at their suggestion) and trying a different payment method but to no avail.
I would really like this resolved and am really beside myself as to why I have been completely denied the ability to purchase more cards. I can't tell you how frustrating this has been for me. I have attempted 7 or more follow on purchases from this website but every single one has been denied.
Words don't adequately describe what a horribly annoying experience this has been for me as a consumer who wants to purchase something and told he can't without any explanation.
I bought 2 gift cards at different times and they both did not work and had to wait on a refund. Different places too.
Was a little hesitant at first, so started small. It works, so went big and saved a lot of cash! Transactions are fast and easy to handle with retailers.

We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
