I love that I can get on the site and get a gift card to somewhere we are headed last minute for dinner, and it emails it to me moments later and I save around $10! It's an easy way to save yourself some cash!

I bought a $100 giftcard to a restaurant and went to use and found there were no funds on it! This was a bad situation but luckily CardCash acted quickly to refund my money and apologize. I am a bit embarrassed and shaken with this whole experience. I have only bought 3 things through them so these are not great odds but at least they didn't try to fight my refund.

Gave a printable card to a restaurant away to make sure it could be used in the 45 day period. Bought it for a place we were traveling to that doesn't have a local place near us. Travel got delayed and we were afraid that we might have trouble using it later.

You continue to declare I am in a fraud situation and not explaining. My charge will go to my bank as a purchase,

Ordered 2 cards for same business. One card activated and the other was not. I was given credit within 5 - 7 days, but my money was tied up for this time span.

I have tried several times to purchase gift cards from cardcash and every time they have been cancelled stating that my transaction has been "flagged as high risk" for fraud. I don't know how to not be flagged and the most annoying thing is, this takes 5-6 days before being cancelled so I am stuck in limbo about whether to buy a gift card from some other provider in the meantime or not. Super aggravating, poor service.

Saved me money and was worth it. I will definitely be buying more giftcards from here especially if their discounts are over 22%.

Wrote email and told company that the gift cards are invalid and they refunded my money. Good customer service however I do not understand why gift cards are invalid. I had similar experience with another gift card company recently so I stopped buying from them.

Purchased 3 gift cards(one ecard and 2 physical). Two of the cards had no balance left on them and had to claim for refunds. Prior to this have received several other zero balance cards from them!
