I received an email purporting that I could get an additional 7% off a restaurant card purchase. When I went to go check out it didn't work.

Their "security" systems instantly blocked my purchase and have me no reason. No business is bad business. I have no problem spending my money with people who want it.

When everything works fine CardCash is phenomenal but when trying to contact someone, you are lucky if you hear within a reasonable amount of time. For instance, I purchased an eCard 2 days ago using PAYPAL and received nothing and heard nothing. I emailed support and still nothing.

I like the savings and I like the speed of getting the e-gift cards. It's great, I get a lot of options, and my gift giving is made simple, as well as I like saving on stores I buy from frequently.

Placed order and received confirmation. Upon using card, waitress advised me that the card wasn't valid. Embarrassed me quiet frankly. Waiting to see if customer service will rectify this situation before contacting my credit card company. There was no problem on my end purchasing the card but the problem is on the receiving end. Invalid...

I have always managed to save money at CardCash and have always been happy with my experience. It is an easy and quick way to pay a fair price for cards at stores where I shop.

I got a 30% off coupon from CVS sent directly to my CVS card (probably since It's been awhile since I've shopped there and they're trying to reel me in) and combined it with my CardCash gift card for another 11% off, so I saved serious money at CVS

Love getting the discounts and the fact that they are available so soon after purchase. I let everyone about this website.

U keep sending worthless cards. I am on the verge of initiating a class action suit against u as I did wok J. C. Penney. Google. Alan b marcus to check that out

I like that my cards arrive within 15 minutes. Got a card with a zero balance once, but issue was quickly resolved and hasn't happened since.

So i bought a gift card, while waiting for it to process for 2 days, they randomly canceled the order - citing 'safety' concerns. They couldn't have sent an email to verify the order?

I've never had this issue with any online order. Not a big deal, but worst problem is they cost me time that I could've bought a gift card from another vendor.

Stick with raise or another company.

When the prices are right i make the purchase and get the voucher right away. This allows me to use them at the store or restaurant the same day.

Do not buy e-cards from this company I have lost 100's of dollars. The person who sells them to card cash uses the money up after you buy them. They have a short guarantee so if you buy too many of there deals and do not use them during the guarantee period you Will lose money. The plastic cards are OK as the previous owner can not charge on them. Will never buy e-card from them. My friend also got ripped off.

Easy to make purchase and you have the card in a couple of days. Great way to save time and money with out leaving home

Card cash is ok. However, they will deny your order even after you pay them. I find it ridiculous when my payment is approved that they will cancel my order 5-9 hours later. So I shop elsewhere now. Better service and I don't have to wait for hours for my product.

This is one of my favorite gift card sites. It is easy to navigate and has good bargains as well as good communications once the purchase is complete.

I have purchased so many eCards and got delivered within few mins. If you are in urgency, call customer service, they will send your within few mins.
