I have purchased a significant number of gift cards from cardcash.com. Lately (as in the last 6 months) the number of eGift cards that are bogus has been about 50%. Don't ever buy a card from them that you can't immediately transfer the balance to another card.
I will never use this site again. It's a scam. That cards where miss labeled. Once I placed the order I called to have my order cancelled. They said nothing can be done. They also told me there is no way I could return or get my money back. When I asked for some one at a higher level to speak to, I was told there was no one available.

Over the holidays I made several cardcash purchases. I was aware of the 45 day guarantee and decided to purchase anyway. I was a customer with Cardpool and problems with their cards were rare.
Not the case with cardcash, more than half of the cards I purchased had a zero balance or were worth less than the advertised amount.
I knew I was outside the 45 days, usually with 2 months though and customer service was not the least sympathetic or helpful. I will never purchase with cardcash unless I have an online purchase in the shopping cart and can get a ecard to complete the purchase. Not. Worth. The. Hassle.
I have bought well over $ 6,000 gift cards over a span of many years. All cards are either used by me or given as gifts from me. From time to time, I have tried to use a card or cards and several have had either no balance on them or something much less that what it should have. I have come to the conclusion that the risk outweighs the benefits and therefore, I will discontinue buying from Card Cash and highly recommend others to do the same. Can you imagine giving someone a gift card only to find that is invalid? Cardpoll offers a year guarantee protection versus Card Cash's guarantee of 45 days. Currently, I have electronic gift cards in my possession that were purchased over 45 days ago that should be worth $ 735.38, but are valued at $ 531.17 or a difference of $ 204.21. That accounts only for the electronic gift cards, I have not checked on the physical plastic cards. I shutter to think of the possibilities. Not right!

I don't know what or why it happens but after 45 days, and sometimes earlier, the balances disappear on your gift card or certificate.
Check the BBB for all the reviews. Seems to have been an issue for a long time but nothing is being done.
Very hesitant to buy cards from your site, because of all the fraud. 45 days is not much of a guarantee these days.

I've sold several gift cards - easy process. I've bought several gift cards. Had a couple that were bad - however, they refunded my money, as it was within the 45 day guarantee. Need to be careful and thoughtful about what you are buying and using the cards before the 45 days.
About 10 phone calls and 30 emails, promises to have a supervisor call that didn't happen. Was outright lied to about the situation multiple times. I know this because I would call and be told one thing, then call back and be told something else, both could not have been true. On hold waiting to speak to a manager for 20 minutes. Hung up, called back and told the second time no managers were available that day. Then why make me wait 20 minutes on hold?
Got my card a few minutes after ordering and saved 20%! Very happy customer and I will definitely order again.
I can't speak for other reviewer's negative reviews, and I don't know If I'll eventually or ever encounter any problems, but so far out of around 8 purchases and 1 sales, I have had zero problems. Each time I get the card within 1 hour, and I got credit my sold card in less than a week I believe.
Easy, fast and cost effective transaction. CC offered the best deal on the gift card. Have done business with them before - never a problem.
Very suspicious of the "cards" they sell. I like the value they offer but too often the cards are not useable and I must request a refund.
