Got card with no value AGAIN. Happens every other time. And they won't replace card, just a refund. I think it's a scam to see if people don't use them in the guarantee timeframe.

Buy a gifty card and findy $0 balancy. Have no other means of payment at purchase time as was depending on card cash not to sell fraudulent cards. Wtf. Pia.

Cracker Barrel Card has a great deal. Received it on my email very fast. Worked at the restaurant. Very good experience at card cash.

Checkout is a bit aniquated and shopping cart disappears too fast. Search functionality doesn't always work well. More mobile friendly would be great

First bad experience. Bought a card that said it was in dollars. It was in Australian dollars. Problem solved, yes, but it took longer than I would have wanted and company was, at first, less responsive than they should be, still insisting that the card was in U.S. Dollars while the actual company said no it wasn't.

They accused me of attempting to scam them and canceled my order. I emailed them about it and they never emailed back.

We have had 6 or 7 cards in the last few months that were invalid or had 0 balance. Pretty embarrassing, especially if you've given it as a gift.

I buy these cards because I save a few hundred of dollars a year. My husband is a member of the LIARS club at McDonalds. SO! That saves us lots of money by saving 7 to 10 % on his cards. I shop at CVS so that saves us more money. So! Thank you all very much for being in this business.

Order for cancelled and v there was no one to call or email to correct the cancellation - this was obviously frustrating

Bought an e-gift card for Capital Grill, had dinner and then had to go through embarrassment of gift card being zero balance... How is this not checked / know prior to sale? Likely will not return.

Paid for zero-balance gift cards; asked for substitution because purchased on a discount, but Customer Service wouldn't respond until I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Bought card with plan to use it on a deal expiring that night but received ecard too late.Not only couldn't use the card but very next day card was on sale so missed out on 2 opportunities.

Compared to other similar sites, it takes a long to receive the gift card that you have purchased. In this most recent case, I did not come at all and it took a full day to get someone to actually send it to me

They purchase experience and price were both positives.

The cons are one of the cards did not work and only a refund option not a replacement option was given.
