One email contact and Card cost was refunded quickly. Refund of first card sent at 100%. Then required that a new card be purchased (at a higher price). When it was confirmed, sent a refund of the discount difference at the first cards rate.
Great discounts and very responsive customer service team when any issues arise. I'm addicted and always check for cards for any places before I shop.
I've been using CashCard for a year now and have purchased several hundred dollars worth of cards. Its a great savings tool to stack with other offers for BIG value.
I ordered 3 physical gift cards. They all arrived in three days time, but one of them was invalid. Cardcash initiated a refund to my credit card within a couple of days. Very good service.

Recently (in the past year), I've had more and more issues with the cards I've gotten from this site. Many don't work, some come with the incorrect value, and some lose value on their own (leading me to assume the original seller is still using it).
Customer support has been helpful within the 45-day limit, but feckless beyond that such that I've had to take it up with my Credit Card company (thank goodness for that). The most recent issue, however, I emailed them about a month ago and haven't heard back - even within the 45 day window).
I've since stopped purchasing from here. I advise others to do the same.

The restaurant has very good food and my husband loves to eat there so the CardCash was great. You alway get a great deal with CardCash you must try them sometime.
Good deals but seems that some worthless cards are shipped out, which requires an easy refund, but not a replacement. Their service is very good and efficient.
I ordered the cards and took advantage of a 5% site-wide discount. The cards showed up in just a few days.

I have purchased numerous gift cards from Card Cash and have been extremely satisfied! I did have one issue where I purchased a $25 gift card and there was only actually $. 76 cents on the card. That was an inconvenience but when I contacted Card Cash they apologized and gave me my money back.
Overall I am very happy with Card cash. I received the gift card quickly and it was exactly as described!
If you check out my account, you can see that I'm a big fan. However, i constantly worry about the cards having no value. I've been screwed at least one time already with the 45-day guarantee. I would buy more cards if the guarantee lasted longer and the cards have less issues.
