I called because the order I was trying to submit was not going through. After doing what the rep told me to do, the item I was trying to purchase was no longer in my cart and no longer available. I was basically told that someone else was able to buy it while it was in my cart. She could not explain why this was and when I asked to speak to someone to be able to complain about how their system works, I was refused.
I also had pending charges on my credit card for the order that never showed as going through. Fortunately the charge did not actually go through, but I made sure to keep an eye on it.
The eCard was sent to me soon after my purchase. However, I don't recommend buying physical gift cards because I was once sent a dysfunctional card.
I have had three gift cards that were worthless when i went to use them. Very embarrassing! In one case i wouldn't have even gone to that particular restaurant if i didn't have a gift card.
I was short of cash and needed something to buy for my daughter at Walmart. I used Paypal to purchase Walmart gift card. It saved my neck. It was really easy and quick to buy after printing gift card via email. Thanks so much, CardCash!
Shipment was slightly late probably due to large sale, but good value after all. All the cards work just fine.
Save, save, save on places your going anyway, super website to deal with, had an issue once, they fixed it immediately
Inexpensive purchase and easy to follow. Only problem is having to print and use each time instead of adding to an existing account.
Out of 3 orders I placed, 1 ecard was good at outback, one was actual gift card by mail was nothing on it from Golden Corral and the 2nd was an ecard for Cracker Barrel for $25 and there was only $3.00 on it. Don't order from these people. When I called them they didn't offer there sincere, all they offered was a refund. When I expect and have plans for them I expect to have it now and then otherwise it blows my plan up. One was to take my son out for his birthday and found out the day of there was nothing on the card.
Have purchased four gift cards in last several months. With their discounted
Price they are worth the effort to purchase.
Specifically went to Ruby Tuesday because I had gift card. Did not work and get embarrassing :(. ...
Have had a few instances whereby cards arrived with no balance. However, CardCash reps were quick to provide credit for purchases.
I like buying from Card cash to save a little money. The downfall is going to pay a bill and being told there is a zero balance on the card when I've never used it. This has happened to me twice in a restaurant. Now I call and check balance beforehand. I received one last week with a zero balance on it. At least I wasn't paying at the restaurant. So in total, I have received 3 gift cards with a zero balance.
Things go smoothly. If you buy printable cards, deliver in 30 mins.
Just don't buy physical cards. Sometimes it doesn't work.
CardCash has repeatedly sent me gift cards with no value left. They claim that is the nature of their business. I guess I'm spoiled with great customer service like Amazon where the company is quick to compensate me for my inconvenience. I've just learned that I can't rely on CardCash gift cards and certainly can't "re-gift" them. Nevertheless, CardCash has been good to at least give me my money back. It would be better if they gave me the option to exchange the card but instead they make me go through the trouble of repurchasing (commonly at a more expensive price).
I purchased $200 worth of gift cards for a restaurant but when I wanted to use them on the same day, I found out that our local restaurant was closed indefinitely. There's not another location for a couple hours away from me. I asked for a refund as a courtesy and all I got back was a non sympathetic response telling me that you have a no return policy. I am very disappointed in your company. I have been a long time customer. I have spent thousands on your company. I have been loyal to you guys despite you issuing two zero balance gift cards to me on two different occasions because I understand accidents can happen but I guess with your company, you can make mistakes, your customers can't.
They Quickly fill orders via email or mail. Wide variety of cards available. I had a couple problems with cards but they reimbursed me in accordance with their 45 day guarantee so be sure to check balances or use within 45 days.
Ready to use with rapid delivery. I have used card cash on a number of occasions. I have only had one problem and it was quickly fixed with a refund.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
