Whenever I order from this site, i get a very quick turnaround time. My only problem is that they don't always have what I am looking for. But if I check back I will eventually get just the right thing.
I have been a customer of yours for a number of years and have purchased thousands of $ of cards. In the past year there has been a sudden increase in the number of bad cards. They will be good the day before 45 days and a few days after the balance is 0. I think you have a good number of sellers who wait until 45 days and then cash the card. I think you should ask your buyers to notify you of bad cards and then work to track down this problem. Generally if it is past 45 days I don't notify you. Case in point... I had $200 in Seasons 52 cards. I used $70 around day 40. All was well. Two weeks later when I took a group of friends to finish the cards, balance was 0. This is just 1 example. I think I have lost well over $300 this year. I will be buying fewer cards from you and working to use them quickly. However, it was nice when I could buy the cards and just save them until I needed something.
I purchased a discounted gift card. It came right though to my email in a few minutes and I was off to the store to use it. AWESOME!
I have tried on separate occasions to buy a gift card only to get to the end of the checkout process and be told that I had to have a "minimum" amount total to place my order. And this minimum has changed from set amounts. I have see $15 and $20. I was trying to use paypal at checkout. If there's a minimum order amount, it would be nice to know ahead of time.

I went onto the site to purchase cards that had a special deal that day. All five cards purchased were closed accounts which had no value on them. I lost out on the deal because CardCash does not honor the original purchase and it is their policy to just refund the money (per customer service rep). The scenario was like a bait and switch where I went onto the site to purchase one thing, but that one thing was not truly available for purchase.
My issues have been responded to quickly and the issues were resolved just as promptly. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.
Received card in the mail on Saturday. JITB card number was invalid when checking online balance. Emailed claims and support. No word back. They may need a week to check it. Not sure about that. But of course I am disappointed right now since I am out $83 and have nothing to show for it.
Smooth transaction, no problems... I shop at these stores anyhow and the fact I can save some money always delights my heart.
The process could not have been simpler. Had to wait a bit for the actual code, but that's usual for all gift card purchases online
Card cash has saved me money and has stood behind their cards. There has been 2 times out of many that a card didn't work. Customer service quickly resolved the issue in both those instances.
The only minor problem is that the sticker you adhere to the card i bought to give as a gift is VERY hard to remove. Leaves behind a sticky residue but it's not the end of the world! Love CP!
The described gift card funds is incorrect in one of my purchase so far. That was for the Panera Bread gift card that i bought
Cardcash only has a 45 day guarantee... ok, used a gc without a problem within that window, and then experienced a problem where the gc company indicates that they think it is fraud and empties out the card. Now, lost the remainder value of the card bc cashcard says it is beyond 45 days, and gc card company indicates that they think the gc is fraudulet.
I have bought cards in the past without issue. My past 3-4 orders all get immediately canceled. I have even tried different forms of payment. I will now buy elsewhere.
I purchased 2 Starbucks physical cards and after going though the entire check out process, I was told they were sold out. Wasted my time
Tried to use a discount code "bonappetit" applicable to "any restaurants" but it did NOT work!

I always receive my cards in a timely manner and have never had any problems using them, either the emailed printed cards or the regular cards.
