When I buy something online for email delivery it generally comes immediately, or sometimes soon, or rarely within a few hours, but not sometime the next day. May use them again, but DEFINITELY will be looking elsewhere first.
The gift card was fully loaded with the amount promised. I got it for 14% less than it would have been to get it from the store. It was shipped and arrived at my door 3 days later. I've always used cardcash and will continue to use them.
This is the second time I have received a gift card with no balance. Still waiting on the credit for the first one.
I have probably purchased 10 gift cards from this company. Out of the 10,4 of them were zeroed out before I was able to use them. Each time I got a refund from cardcash, but it was not as much as I paid for the gift card. So essentially I lost money and I ended up paying full price for a meal at a restaurant that i had a useless gift card for. It's a lose, lose, lose situation.
I bought and paid for a printable gift card from BWW. I tried to use the card the next day to pay for my carryout order. The host said there was a zero balance and that my card was declined. I paid with the same credit card! It went through just fine.
Once I returned home, I called my credit card company. They said the transaction went through fine. No problem with my card. I contacted by email CardCash. A day or so later I received a reply. They just refunded my money.
The credit did come through days later.
Not sure if I will try them again. I am glad that I did not give the printed gift card as a gift!
Found what I needed, bought them at a discount, and got the email shortly after and was able to to use the gift cards that same night to buy the things I wanted at a lower price that I would have otherwise had to pay.
I purchased a gift card, which I've been doing for over a year now. The card didn't work. I sent an email to them and had my refund within 48hrs.
I am Always able to find savings on brands I use most. So far every experience that I have had with them has gone very well. I would highly recommend them.
The card I purchased turned out to be invalid when I attempted to use it for an in-store purchase. In fact, store staff informed me that their gift card department stated that the company had deactivated the card before the date I purchased it from ABC/Card Cash.
I requested an exchange or refund, plus reimbursement for having to pay "full price" instead of using the GC to save -- this seems very reasonable to me, as it is the whole purpose of dealing with ABC/CC in the first place.
Their response, a couple of days later, was to inform me that I would be refunded the cost of the card (five to seven business days later. No reaction to the second part of my email to them.
To me this is poor customer service. I understand that a certain number of mistakes are inevitable, but through no fault of my own I did not get the benefit I should have from this transaction. Quite to the contrary, I got to stand around the store for 15 minutes or so while the store manager attempted to determine what was going on with the card.
Able to save a percentage. Sadly the deals don't seem as good recently as they used to be. In the past purchases were a little more worth the effort to purchase.

The 6 plastic cards took 8 days and then I didn't receive one o the cards I ordered and received another card I did NOT order. I called and they will send a pre-paid shipping lable for me to return the card sent in error and then will credit me once they receive it. Regarding the one I did want, I was waiting for it for a purchase I want to make this week and am told I have to go to the website and order another one - which will take another week to get her and not have the same discount. I think they should offer a discount for this inconvenience and the time I have to waste to correct their error.

Bought a couple cards off of CardCash that later didn't work for one reason or another. They refunded my money without question.
Ordered a $100 iTunes gift card and when I got the code the code did not work, and now I don't have the iTunes credit nor have I gotten a new code or a refund back yet. Doubt I will ever buy a gift card from you guys again.
Fast shipping and the cards' discount rate sometimes is not bad though not very often. I've been a customer for few years, generally it seems quite reliable to buy gift cards from them.
Always get some kind of savings before I go shopping. E-cards are delivered via email shortly after purchasing for easy print out before going to stores.
The gift cards are great and a great value. However, only purchase if you intend to use the full amount within the guarantee period. Especially certain vendors - the balance seems to disappear before and regretfully after the guarantee period. Then you have lost the money you spent.
Card cash was quick to refund, but annoying. All previous transaction went smooth... that is the end of my review.

We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
