Purchase was automatically cancelled as "high risk." (It's not.) I called, but they couldn't tell me why, or assist me in any other way.
This is the second time I've purchased Chick-fil-A gift cards from Card Cash and both times the giftcard numbers were invalid. I was able to receive a refund but I wasn't given the opportunity to buy new ones with the same extra discount I had purchased them with.
I bought many cards from CardCash and on many of them, once I used a part of them, the rest were not honored. If you buy a card, for sure use it within the 45 days or you may loose the rest of your money.
I have ordered gift cards several times from CardCash and always have a positive experience. It is so easy to find cards and the check-out goes very smoothly.

I purchased a gift card and when I went to use it I discovered it was invalid. I contacted CardCash and they took care of the problem, but it was inconvenient. I expect cards I purchase to be pre-checked for their validity.
Seems I have a lot of issues with Gift Cards not working or not having the proper balance on them. I have had 4-5 cases since using Card Cash and I get refunded every time because there ends up being a discrepancy on the card. I never have this issue with Raise. CardCash also does not have relaionships with ebates, topcashback, fatwallet for cash back. You have good deals sometimes, but I think your website has a little ways to go yet compared to Raise. I would pay a higher price for gift cards if you offer the same things Raise does.

This is the third time that I have made a purchase that there was no money on the card. The first time I was taking someone to dinner and went to pay and discovered that there was no value. The last time I had purchased the card on a day with additional savings, drove to the outlet, only to discover there was no value on the card. This card also had an additional 5% discount. While my money was refunded (5 days later) I would have preferred a new card with the additional discount. It would be helpful if the cards could be checked prior to issuing them to see what the dollar amount is reamaining.
Easy to navigate, love the special deals they offer on top of the discounted cards, great way to shop for those folks who prefer a gift card!
I was charged slightly more than I authorized my card to be charged. I contacted the company and I guess there was a discrepancy but still waiting to hear back.
My card was declined for no good reason. I've used it subsequently w/o issue both online and in B&M establishments.
3 times I have purchased eGift Cards from CardCash for Potbelly Restaurant and each time the value of the card went to zero ($0) before I was able to use it. One time I was outside the 45 day guarantee, and CardCash would NOT honor their obligation. Hence I lost $80.
I do NOT recommend buying eCard from here. Raise.com has extended their guarantee to one year. A much better customer satisfaction approach!
Very good experience with the site, delivery, etc. I shop a lot at TJ Maxx, and Homegoods. I have noticed that the discounts are way down. Not happy about this.

So far my experience with CardCash has been good. I have used the site several times and have saved money on places I normally frequent. You can't go wrong!
