I've been using CardCash for a few months now. It is a great way to save extra $$ on purchases that I was planning to make.
Upon receiving my card, I noticed that the card needed to be used within 45 days. Since I am out of state until past the 45 day deadline, I called cardcash to find a solution. My first call was dropped. My second call took 20 minutes. I was placed on hold, my question was repeated back to me three times and I was not given any solution or answer. They only repeated back the 45 day policy. A waste of 30 minutes and I was left feeling extremely frustrated and received no options or resolution.
I Love the sales. I'm always watching for my favorite stores, like Marshall's, Old Navy and Dunkin' Donuts to have extra discounts.
Bad experience 1st time around. Bought some benihana gift cards thinking I was receiving a good deal only to be embarrassed when the server said the cards were no good. I did leave two stars because card cash said they refunded my money, still a little dissatisfied because no explanation was given to me on what had happened. Plus I had to pay more than I expected because I bought $100 in gift cards for about $64, so when the bill came for about $105, me and my wife werent ready to pay that bill.
I love using CardCash to save a few bucks on my online purchases. I've ordered many gift cards and only had one issue of a card not working. That being said, customer service was great and helped resolve the problem. I highly recommend them!
Purchased a Fridays gift card and saved 40%. Couldn't have been easier, printed card in about 5 mins. That's all it took. Will buy again
I have been buying gift cards a lot here. Only run into a problem once, but CardCash made the refund right away after I sent a message to customer service.
The website was easy to navigate, and I found a great deal. The store card I purchased for $23 was worth $30. The next time I'm headed to a store, I will check CardCash first.

Just because you check the balance when you get the card and it says the money is there, if you pass the 45 day mark, someone is stealing the money from the cards and Cardcash says tough luck you should have used it.
If I buy a restaurant or fast food card I buy it so I can enjoy it at my leisure. So I am out money no cardcash, doesn't seem fair or somebody has ripped them off and they don't care.
I have ordered gift cards from this site several times. This time the card was invalid. Only positive was they were very prompt to initiate a refund.
On at least 3 different occasions, I tried to make a purchase from CardCash. Each time, I get a confirmation email, and minutes later, a second email, "Your order has been flagged by our fraud systems as high risk."
On each occasion, I've been properly logged in to my account, used a debit or credit card in my own name, and for anything from $15 - $30 total. The first time I tried to purchase, I did so with a debit card, that order was ultimately cancelled, I tried again with my preferred credit card, that order too, was cancelled. Each time, I contacted support via email, and never heard back from them. They've lost a customer.
Placed my first ever order with CardCash and it went very smoothly. I received an excellent promo rate on a gift card (bought 4 in fact). The checkout was also quick and smooth and I received the paper gift cards in my inbox within minutes -- yes, minutes. An excellent (and smooth) process from start to finish. Obviously, I will search and buy again... thank you!
I purchased some gift cards and the order was canceled without CardCash having notified me. When I inquired, I was told that my credit card raised a "red flag." I use that card all the time, before and since the order, and never have a problem. I told them that, and suggested that the problem was on their end and they should seek a resolution. Their resolution was to tell me the charge was reversed. Card Cash and ABC are the same business. Avoid them! There are plenty of other discount credit card services out there.
Unlike the other card companies, you back up your guarantee.
Recently, a Bonefish card did not work at Bonefish. There was $ on it, but it would not scan. I got a full refund back. Of course, I purchased another.

Mostly pleased, but still some issues with cards that are not valid. Particularly the case with physical cards... less so with e-cards.
My purchase would not work when we went to dinner. I eventually had to pay with my own money. I was later refunded by cardcash.
Rejected my payment for some reason and it's a little annoying that I can't order items for myself and a friend or else I get flagged for fraud when the friend is using their card to pay.
It is hit or miss whether these cards will actually have a balance! It is disheartening to expect cards to be could when quite frequently they are not.
