You can save a good bit of money if you go out often by utilizing this site. The process is simple and straight forward. I have no complaints.
I recently purchased several Egift cards, and a few of them had zero balance, so I had to request reimbursement from Cardcash which i received promptly.
Whenever I try to make a purchase regardless of payment methods (I have tried my debit card, credit card and Paypal), I receive an email telling me my purchase has been cancelled because CardCash's system deemed my purchase a possible fraud... Didn't work last month, didn't work this month.
When I asked the customer service for help, they basically repeated the automated email and didnt take any action to help me.
... what an embarrassing experience. Card is declined because it was deactivated. Ridiculous! How can you do this?
I've purchased several gift cards through CardCash. They all work flawlessly except for one. When I notified CardCash, They apologized and processed a refund. My credit card had a credit within seven days for the purchase. I continue to buy gift cards from CardCash
Americans, BEWARE! This a a SHAM company based in the Philippines! I got burned and had to file a compliant with the BBB. They took my money and sold me a FAKE CARD. The card had ZERO balance. I was embarrassed at the restaurant, for one. I called the company the following day to be told "I was past the 45 day guarantee (by 2 weeks) so I was not due a refund!" WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Further, when I asked for the number to the Corp Office supposedly in NJ- I was given a number is PA. That number is *******227. When I called it I got a man in the Philippines! BEWARE! Don't give this company your money!
I can't give them NEGATIVE stars- so I need to post the minimum one star. Please don't give them your hard earned money!

Your business model, which I understand got you through the door with investors and with getting dollars in your pockets, however, FAILS to protect consumers because you guys are unwilling to "check" these cards a "second" time right before they are issued to the customer. So the customer then, has a 50/50 gamble from what I understand after speaking with your associate, of getting the gift card used at a store. If it's rejected, then the customer has to drive home, dial in, resolve the issue with CardCash JUST to get a refund. Absolute trash. I'm taking this online.
Card had zero balance and had the account closed. Had to file a claim with cardcash to get money back. Too much of a hassle.
I went to purchase a gift card for a restaurant my boyfriend and I were going to go to the next day. Everything went through fine and I got a confirmation email. Two minutes later I get an email saying that my order is being canceled and that "fraud type" activity was happening. So I try again a few hours later, same thing happens. Then I go to a different website to try to buy another gift card and it worked, got the email with my online gift card 10 minutes later. Not sure what went wrong but it was time consuming and very annoying. Highly disappointed in Card cash and will not be using their website again.
The card usually comes via email in a few minutes. It's a quick and easy way to save some money. I've sat in the parking lot of a restaurant and bought a card with my phone app... and by the time I'm ready to pay the bill, the email is there and I just show it on my phone.
I have used card cash for a while. They have kept improving their service and now offering instant e-gift card service as well
I have always had a positive experience with CardCash. Most cards work great (>90%). Any cards that have not worked have been refunded quickly and easily after contacting customer service.
They have great deals all the time plus extra % off... keep up the good work...

It was easy to find the amount I wanted for my card and easy to print it off once I received the email that it was ready.
I've had good luck saving money by buying gift cards from CardCash. However, I tried to buy multiple Hotels.com gc for a birthday trip that I was planning to take and my purchase was flagged as suspicious. I contacted customer support who offered next to no help in fixing the issue. They suggested I use another card, not explaining how to keep my current card from being wrongly identified as part of fraudulant charges.
This is the second time that I buy a gift card and then go to pay at a restaurant and it has no value on the card. This is not only frustrating but embarrassing.
We were able to use our gift card with the Tuesday special at Bonefish, making it a very reasonable weeknight dinner date.
