Could have arrived a little faster, bought 2 cards, delivery took several hours, but good value. This survey wouldn't accept my answer because it wasn't enough characters, but I didn't need more. There.
I have purchased restaurant gift cards twice now that were unusable through gift card granny. So they send a refund but it takes 7 business days AFTER you email them about the problem. In the meantime, i am out the money I spent PLUS I have to pay the full price at the restaurant! This can be embarrassing and tough on your budget!
Received $50 Longhorn Steak House electronic gift card with zero balance on the card. I had a similar experience with a Texas Roadhouse electronic gift card last year as well.
I purchased a gift card for $93 that ended up having no value. I reported it immediately after receipt. That issue is bad enough, but it took 3 days to get a response from customer service and a refund issued. Customer service inquiries related to customers being charged and receiving a bad product should be resolved within a business day.
Excellent customer service quickly refunded the gift card that did not work after I received it. I would order from them again because of how honest and helpful they were, they didn't try to cheat me after I paid 50$ for fraudulent gift card. Fully refunded me

At no point does Cashcard indicate the state of their cards being made available to customers. We assumed they were original cards but it turns out that they are second-hand cards. We bought $750 worth of cards as an internal incentive program, but the cards received were battered, had their acceptance codes revealed via the scratched off panel, scratched off. When we tried to return the product since they did not fit into the expected product description we were advised that they do not accept returns. Which is strange as they obviously do buy second-hand cards from the public.

Once I found you site I was so happy to be able to buy two cards for my grandson and he was even more pleased than I when he got them. He now has one for food for himself and also food for his Jeep. Happy teenager is a good teenager.
I like that you can get discounted cards - just wish there was more of a discount. If there were more discounts that would be good or offer buy 2 cards and get 50% off a 3rd one - something like that...

I think the title says it all. abcgiftcards.com needs to stop this annoying scenario. They always reimburse me what I paid for the gift card, but it is aggravating because of how often it occurs. It also seems to be happening more frequently. I strongly advise checking any restaurant gift card balances immediately before it is used to save yourself possible embarrassment.
I received the 2 gift cards for Payless in the mail. My daughter wanted a few pairs of shoes and boots (that's why I chose Payless). When I went to order them, it wouldn't accept the cards. I called them and they said they were working on fixing the problem. I asked how long have they been working on it, and she said about a week. She wouldn't even take the order over the phone. I ended up paying for the order. If possible, can I get a Target card?
