Poor service, hard to get answers got a gift card that had zero balance. Took many days to get answers

I purchased a discounted $50 gift card for Einstein Brothers Bagels. But when I tried to use the card I found there was no value on it. It was very embarrassing and I had to pay with cash and, of course, I didn't get the discount I was counting on. The discount was the only reason I purchased the card. I did get my money back, but I don't think I'll be using Card Cash again.

Will not buy again. Gift cards are second hand and have zero balance. Too much trouble to file claim and wait for my my refunds.

I often use Card Cash to buy online gift cards before I make a purchase to save additional money, and the card is usually delivered within 10 minutes of the purchase. Super fast and easy!

I was please with how smooth it was to use. I how card was. Have to fill up to 100 letters this is more of a pain than the gift

Card was received but all the restaurant location in Florida had closed and the website on the back of the card was not working. Requested refund and received refund in timely manner.

The cards are not reliable! I have had this happen several times from this site and the other card site never!

If I can't use it due to a design flaw, then that merits a 1 star rating. I can't buy $#*!, period. Great way to land customers.

The discounts are not that great anymore and it would be nice if all gift cards would be printable so I could use them on the spot in the stores. I would have purchased more cards if printable because I was in certain stores and it's very hard to plan ahead to purchase physical gift cards.

I have used this service a few times, but I've had a second experience where the cards purchased had zero value when redeeming.

I bought a Panera Bread card. I tried to use it, it had no money on it. When I contacted CardCash they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I tried to use the card after the 45 day guarantee period. They say this is posted on a side bar on their site. So I lose my money, and there is no support. This is the second time this has happened.

I have bought and sold gift cards with this company. Have not had any balance issues or other problems with this company.

Bought cards that had zero balance. Didn't try to use them, so I didn't find out, until after the 45 day guarantee, so when I found out, the $100 I spent just vanished. They said they couldn't do anything about it, but don't they have a record of the seller?
