Went to 5 guys to use it and was told the card is locked! How do you unlock it? It's frustrating and I had to paid my for my lunch instead of use the card that I bought from you.

I ordered 6 different cards, one to use for mothers day,
So far 2 of the 3 I tried to use came back with a $0 balance.
One for Mothers Day. No telephone number to correct the error,
And my online request says it takes up to one week for an answer.
I love the concept, but I will not use the site again.

The email discounts I receive seem to expire so quickly. I don't always have opportunities to use them.

Not a good source for gift cards. They also said I was a high risk customer after I purchased two of their gift cards that didn't work.

The card I purchased was valid and contained the amount it should. I have had trouble in the past with cards not containing the advertised amount so now I check each one immediately after purchase.

I have not received my card. Can you tell me when I will get it? It seemed like a very good deal when I viewed it, but taking consumers for granted is not a good policy to have when it comes to this type of a business.

The immediate fail it gave me for paypal made it feel like they didn't even try and they only wanted the rest of their information.

CardCash thought I was a scammer or a thief and after two days refused my transaction. I went back to Raise to buy my cards, processed immediately. I'll never use CardCash again.

I purchased 3 Hyatt eGC, received 3 cards with no PIN at all. Can't use them at all. And CardCash refused to return.

My order was cancelled since I am a Canadian. No mechanism to verify the identity of international buyers.

Fraudulent cards, stolen cards, zero balances very commonplace now with CardCash. Zero trust. Used to buy a lot from this site but no more.

I bought TGIF 50 dollar card. When I used in the restra, the bigining balance was only $1,45.
Always check balance.
