Purchased a $100 cash card for Outback steak house and when I went to use it they said it was already used. I was on a new date and it was embarrassing. I called card cash and after their investigation they refunded my money with no explanation, I should have been compensated for my ordeal.

You cancelled every transaction I tried to make and then held the money from my bank account. Not sure why it was suspicious. My bank even cut my card off.

Stop contacting me. I don't want to review your site, I didn't even ask to use it. It worked, I don't care other than that.

Went to 3 different stores. Card did not work at all of them. Got a refund but still inconvenient and embarrassing.

I have bought many cards from them. The deal up front is pretty good. They guarantee the cards for 90 days after that forget about it. If you do get a bad one it will take multiple e-mails or calls, but you will get a refund. 2 of the cards I bought and did not use in 90 days went bad and I lost everything. I now only purchase cards I am going to use immediately.

I discovered card cash and combine it with other coupons and its a great way of saving money.
But it takes some amount of planning ahead since both the electronic gift cards and physical cards take time to arrive in you inbox and mail box

Seen better seen worse. BUt more towards the better these would be better if you got something for doing these surveys!

Got email but didn't show card number, only shows $3 visa gift code, I don't know how to use it, does any one can teach me how to use it?

I ordered three times. Twice my Buffalo Wild wing gift cards didn't work. Not worth my time. I called to get my money back. Until card cash can sort out their problems. I won't be ordering even if it saves me 12 percent.

The last 2 times I used card cash recently the cards had no money on them when i tried to use them. Added to the fact that right before that there was another card that had no money on it the mouth before AND they didn't refund my money because of their 45 day rule I am pretty much done with the site

They cancel orders for no reason! Worst company experience I ever had, don't waste your time buying from them

Bought cards, they were delivered to my e-mail within several minutes. Applied to my account without issues.

Every time I try to order they cancel the order saying it is Fraudulent. I have heard the same thing from others.

Received Invalid card can't be used in store or online! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE! I advise you to call the company before purchasing a card to be sure it is acceptable form of payment. I PURCHASED A PAYLESS SHOES GIFT CARD! They don't accept egiftcards.

It is very hard to reach the claims department. They take days. To respond, they only communicate through emails, most of the time they don't even understand the problem

After purchased the discounted gift card, I received it within 15 minutes. I used the card with no issue in an online transaction.

In the past I had experienced minor problems with CardCash purchases. In one instance, a refund was made promptly. In another there was no resolution.

This purchase was excellent. Ecard delivered by email and the correct amount was verified with the merchant, TGI Fridays. Card was used for the first time this past Tuesday and absolutely no problems

Ever since most of the gift cards are ecards, my experience has been awful. Almost every time the cards are worth zero. I noticed they have an option where you can check a balance, but it is still a pain. They refund your money fast enough, but it ha become more hassle than its worth.

Everything went smoothly! I saved some money and was very happy with the transaction. What more can I say!
