After several attempts to use the site, you were not able to complete one transaction because a third party vendor would not approve my credentials. This happened six times before I gave up. Also, when I questioned you about the rejection, no one could tell me why the third party was rejecting me so I could fix the problem. Altogether very disappointing.

For whatever reason, my gift card was canceled just as it was getting to the value above what I paid. I was given an automatic quote for a refund in my dispute process, and it was refunded shortly after.
BEWARE OF THE TIME POLICY IN WHICH U HAVE TO USE THESE CARDS! My issue is that i was within time frame, you cant get anyone on the phone and they dont contact u via email. I tried to use the card and contact them to let them know my military husband was unable to use the card 000 funds available. I still should be able to get another card that works or a refund for the amt that i lost! I am still fighting thru paypal to get my money back somehow. They are a rip off and i will never use them again. There policy stinks and so does there customer service.

I placed an order for three Journeys gift cards. The money was withdrawn from my account. I then checked my email to obtain and use the cards for a Mother's Day present for my mom, only to discover my money had immediately been refunded. The reason I was gives was the my order had been "flagged" as a high fraud risk. I don't understand how that could be possible considering the money was available and withdrawn from my account. I was purchasing the gift cards to save a few dollars on the gift I was buying. I sent an email requesting a reason for my order being "flagged", and the response just said it had been flagged and that was all the information I could be given. If the gift cards had been purchased with a credit card, I would understand, but I used my debit card and the funds were available. I highly doubt I will shop through this vendor ever again.
Bought a Loft gift card that ended up not having any balance on it. They refunded me my money but I had to wait about 6 days to receive it.

My order was canceled because it was flagged by fraud systems. This has happened before with other vendors. I have to call or write to prove my identity, then I have check my accounts multiple times over the next week or two to make sure any of my money that was held is returned, and on top of it all I now get to muck through an influx of unwanted email from not only the business I was trying to do business with, but also their chosen survey "artists" and anyone else they sell my email to. Were someone trying to be fraudulent with my accounts, I would probably appreciate the fraud system. I do, however, have my own fraud system in place with my bank, so all these extra hoops I have to summersault through is just dissuading me to do business with the companies that put me through this.
I was very satisfied with the fast service I received in getting my discount card. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.

Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
