I really can't give an honest opinion yet since I'm still waiting for the shipment of my gift card. I can say I'm a little disappointed that the gift card was sent from NJ to CA and still isn't at my place in the midwest 3 days after it was supposed to be here. I could perhaps take this survey again when/if it ever gets here and I can verify the card is all good to go.

I had a card, which was not honored by the merchant. I contacted customer service and was promptly refunded my money.

For whatever reason, the printed bar codes do not scan, so retailer must manually enter the very long number which is time consuming and unnecessary.

Bought gift cards to find out they do not work. Customer care replied back amount will be credited, till date not received one

Shame on me! I decided to give CardCash one more chance, yet for the third time I received a card with a zero balance. I'm sure they'll make it good, but its very frustrating. Never again.

Purchased a O'Reilly's gift card when I received the card I check the balance on it and it was zero balance not very happy I was looking forward to making a purchase on automotive part.

Initially, I had no issues, loved the discount on gift cards. Lately, every gift card I order has the wrong amount loaded. I even had one that had no value on it and paid $50! Someone stole the numbers of one gift card and used the remaining balanced after my first partial use. A waste of time if you dont get a physical gift card.

Ordered lids card. They were zerega balance. Save ur self the time go elsewhere took a little over two weeks to get my credit back on card

After 45 days my tgi Friday gift card balance which I paid for mysteriously disappeared and was no longer covered by my warranty. It's a scam

Bought 2 gift cards and went to the restaurant and both had a $0 balance. The mgr came and said this has happened 6-8 times the last couple of months!
They were supposed to be worth $100 a piece. And I just bought them the previous week.
They only have a 45 day guarantee so I would not give these as gifts!

Did prices just be aware of the $15 there are a lot of purchases on the website but large portion of the card or under that amount.
