Gift Certificate did not work. Asked for a refund and got email confirmation. To date refund has not shown up on credit card activity.
Bought two gift cards and the experience was good but my friend and I were promised a $5 referral gift and I still haven't received mine. She called twice about it and finally got it, I've called once, apparently I'll have to call them again. Customer Service could use some work.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased and the stated balance hasn't been what I've gotten when I went to use the card at the merchant. It is embarrassing to try and use a card at a restaurant and then be told there is no balance. Verify the cards before you sell them. This has happened to me too often. I have gotten refunds but have to wait and it is a hassle.
I ordered a specific card and they sent me a totally different card and said that it would work. But it didn't and now I'm out my money and card
2 of 5 cards I have bought have had 0 balances on them. They do credit a refund but if you go thru Paypal it takes several days to get a refund

They do not verify balance before issuing gift card, and have to wait 3 days to get a refund. There are many websites that sell giftcads at discount I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Your website kept freezing. It wouldn't accept my username then password. When it finally did, it froze again and I didn't receive the $5 credit for signing up when my friend referred me.

Purchased an ecard for Cracker Barrel. The amount remaining was significantly lower than the amount on card and the amount I paid for the ecard. Called Cracker Barrel, they said someone in Tennessee used an actual "hard card" to make transactions and they had received several calls about fraudulent cards purchased from cardcash. I am beyond my 45 day purchase guarantee from cardcash.com so they stated they will do NOTHING to resolve the matter.
Sold me a $200+ fake gift card, that cost me $90 AND they never even responded to how upset I was. The card number they gave me was not even enough numbers to check the balance online, so they clearly do not have a security process.
Bought two $100 gift cards as gifts for others for Christmas, as a way to make my dollar stretch a little. Neither card was used within the 45 day guarantee window. When they were used shortly after the expiring of the guarantee, neither card worked. One I was able to confirm with the number on the back of the card had been fraudulently purchased and later declined by the credit card company which paid for it. In neither case would CardCash do anything to help. The guarantee window is too narrow to use this as gifts. Two other times I've tried it and the used it immediately and also had to get a refund for the card not working. But to have wasted $165 on gift cards and have no help from them at all is inexcusable. Will never use them again.
I have used CardCash over and over and have been very happy with my experience each and every time. I usually use the e-giftcards, but have even purchased physical gift cards when I have an upcoming shopping trip planned. The physical cards arrive pretty quickly and have always been 100% so far.
First I ordered and thought I ordered an e-gift card then it said it was a physical card. Immediately, I called and office was closed so I e-mailed and received a note back about my issue. The next day, i was told the order was processed and shipped. I find it hard to believe the card could not have been stopped so now I have to find something to do with the card. I think this service should be looked at.
