I was flagged as high fraud for trying to purchase more than one gift card, will NEVER do business with card cash again!
I was sold two Dunkin Donuts cards that were already activated and in use. I was unable to use either of my purchases, and I was never contacted past my complaint. I was refunded, but I didn't want to be refunded, I wanted two working cards like I ordered. No one ever reached out to me after one email that said I would be contacted by another department.
While some stores are just now learning how to process CardCash, they have all been friendly and very willing to learn. So far, after purchasing several gift cards, I've had no problems whatsoever and will continue using them!
I have used CardCash several times now for Cracker Barrel. No issues at all. Will use them again. Good savings.
Was able to snag a great deal on a Bed, Bath and Beyond printable card for my friend. Last minute, and since it was printable, I just forwarded it to her. Thanks!
I purchased gift cards to Benihana, and the cards I received from Cardcash were illegitimate and not accepted by the restaurant. Despite this issue, Cardcash continues to sell gift cards for Benihana.
Really very smooth experience. Their site is very easy to use. Got my cards really fast. Love them!
This purchase I was able to recover my money. I've lost $$$ of purchases because of waiting past 45 days to use them. I believe there may be a scam taking place where the giftcard balance is removed after 45 days.
Sad and do not recommend.
It was great getting gift cards at such good discounts. I have already recommended card cash to my friends and will keep doing this.
It was very easy. I just picked the cards on the site and they were mailed to my home.
Great savings as well!
Cards didn't work when I went to the store to use them. Very disappointed, as this is first time I've had this issue on this site.
E card came quick, worked, good discount. How can you go wrong... that is all I got to say
I was nervous about using this site but I got a great deal on a gift card for my boyfriend's birthday, he in return even got to enjoy the benefits of my savings as well!
I have purchased several GC's from CardCash and affiliate ABC and have found that several have required a refund request. Not a good record in my opinion. This review is regarding two ecode restaurant purchases. I received both GC's for two well know chains. One of them I used and left the restaurant with a balance. When I returned again after 45 day period from original purchase there was no balance on the card. I called the restaurant company and was told the GC had been purchased with a fraudulent credit card and that is why the balance was pulled from the ecode. I submitted a claim to CardCash and got the "after 45 day" excuse and they refused to refund me. So much for their claims of "Safeguarding and protecting our customers is our top priority. Our fraud protection teams are the best in the industry, and using our state of the art technology we have virtually eliminated any problems that may arise. At CardCash, you are never dealing with anonymous online members, all gift cards are sold directly to us and purchased directly from us so you have nothing to worry about!" from their website. Really, purchased with a fraudulent credit card... Now on to the next ecode from another restaurant chain. I purchased the ecode and went to check the balance before going to the restaurant and guess what... no balance. Again I contacted the restaurant (I have email thread to prove) and they also told me the ecode had been purchased with a fraudulent credit card. Same story different day, same excuse from CardCash... after 45 days, blah, blah, blah. Moral of the story, use the giftcard immediately because it appears many of the cards they sell are purchased with stolen credit cards and it doesn't matter how far out you go from the purchase date when the restaurants audit shows fraud... good bye balance. Good luck getting your money back if its over 45 days. This customer says Good Bye forever to CardCash... by the way I deal with many of their competitors and have had few if any problems with my purchases. Again I say Buyer Beware when it comes to this company.
I hadn't read reviews or I might have hesitated to use CardCash based on the number of negative reviews, but I chose to use them because they were the only discount gift card website I could find that accepts Paypal, using your Paypal balance, and not a credit card or bank account attached to Paypal. Today I ordered a $200 Gap giftcard from CardCash at a substantial discount, and received the email with the gift card number and pin within 10 minutes. I used it right away, before the sale I wanted to take advantage of was over, and I had no issues at all, the balance was indeed $200 and it worked fine on the Gap website.
I was delivered to very expensive Victoria Secret gift cards that were actually blank. Cuisines service took more than a week to even respond to my problem. Unacceptable.
If your system is working effectively and accurately, it should at least have the option to verify legit information of buyer. I am really serious buyer and i do own my credit card and i can proove it. You guys are the worst site I ever bought from. No response email to ask whether i can verify it, no customer service to reach out to see what was wrong. Call center only works weekend! What the hell is the meaning of buying egift card if they are not delivered immediately and causing so much trouble.
I have already given feedback and been dismissed. But if you want me to repeat, here goes. I bought a gift card from CardCash that was stolen. This put me in an awkward & embarrassing situation. One where I thought I might be arrested. This was called by the company "an inconvenience." Stacey M. A representative from the company inferred that it was part of "the risk" of doing business with the company. I cataloged other issues I had had using their service also. They were apathetic to my situation and did the minimum required by law. I did not consider this being made whole. Especially, since I had purchased about 400$ worth of products in less than a month.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
