Never let me down, sure their were some issues but Cardcash resolved it in a matter of moment.
I will be back to cardcash to buy more gift cards
Great service, they helped me right away if there's problem. Good discount. You should try it, if there's no money in the gift card, they re great at replacing it.
Cardcash has become exceedingly difficult to work with. As a customer, I find them to lack integrity, process is slow and ineffective, and they do not value their customers. Example- I was on the phone for over a half hour trying to get an issue resolved when I was told by the rep that he had to go bc it was past his work hours now & to call back in the morning. Seriously?! Who does this?! That's right... Cardcash does. So, it becomes the customer's problem & the one to suffer consequences that's no fault of their own when Cardcash cannot resolve an issue on their end?! Crazy! Their loss!
Easy process, only item I would change is to allow
PayPal process for payment.
Waiting for a check to be completed and mail takes
Awhile.
PayPay is MUCH faster.
I was trying to sell an item friend told me best way for some one to give you cash when they don't have it was this way and I told the guy where to pay and it didn't work
I ordered an Olive Garden gift card from this website a while back and I was supposed to receive it within 24 hours and did not receive it till at least two days later Not even. Very disappointed because I use this site all the time for gift cards. Never had this problem.
Not worth the time to purchase from CardCash anymore for a few bucks savings. Getting scammed with zero balance cards or balances disappearing out of thin air and customer support does not explain what the hell is going on only providing a refund.
Customer Service has no idea why order was cancelled and can offer nothing to resolve issue. Result is no sale.
Ordered an electronic gift card, received it quickly, and used it for an online purchase at JCPenneys. Easy and saved additional money on an already good price by using the ecard. Highly recommend!
These printed gift cards have saved me a ton of money. Never a problem redeeming them. I recommend these to everyone.
The card came the next day as you promised, but there are other companies that send the e-card with-in minutes. Why does it take you guys so long?
I ordered printable coupons hoping they will arrive within a short time span because I was really interested in buying a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. The coupons arrived but almost after 23 hours. Happy with the fact that they respond very quick, and also with the deals and stuff... just diappointed by the whole 24hrs for printable cards things..
I purchased 2 E-Cards, but did not have the need to use them immediately. Once I went to use the cards, they were rejected. I later determined that they had never been valid, but because it was past 90 days there was "nothing we can do". I purchase many gift cards online and will continue to do so from other retailers.
Ordered 50$ gift card, received it with invalid pin code. Submitted claim three days ago, not resolved yet, I'm calling my credit card.
Conceptually, the idea is great. The card was purchased and delivered on quick. The downside to this is that the card was registered to the previous owner's reward account, meaning they could use it at any point and I could also not use it with my reward account.
While the latter point was irritating, I was more concerned with the notion that the original owner could still use the card. Sadly my only recourse was to file a claim should the original owner use it. I would prefer a little more safety in the process.
Overall a positive experience; however, bar code doesn't work when scanned; merchant must type in UPC code
I purchased 2 physical Dunham's Sports cards to save an extra 11% off a large purchase. 1 of the 2 cards was invalid so I had to foot the bill for half of the purchase and wait for my refund for a couple days and only ended up getting 5% off. Everything was more of a hassle at that point. I had to get out of line, call customer service and explain what happened, wait for them to tell me that they couldn't do anything on the spot and that they would open a claim, then I would have to wait for approval/reimbursement, then get back in line and finish the payment with my credit card... ugh. The online codes are much easier than the physical card BS.
For no given reason my credit card (which works on other sites) was flagged for fraud and my order was canceled without even trying to verify it.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
