I ordered a $300 gift card for $240 and there was not even a single penny on it when I received it. In the process of waiting for my money to be refunded.
I ordered 10 Logans Road House Gift cards to give my clients when they offered me a referral. When a lady ate at Logans and used her gift cards... they had a ZERO BALANCE! I bought $25 balance gift cards. Imagine her embarrassment... imagine MY embarrassment when she told me! I wrote her a check for the gift cards to ease her pain... now who will ease my pain! I NEVER thought this would happen. I am a business man who has been in business for 30 years and I value the relationships I build with people. Card Cash should be the same way. I don't think I can ever again buy from your company with confidence...

E-mail code for my gift card was depleted the same day I received it, however CardCash did refund my payment promptly. I would be hesitant to purchase from CardCash again especially if it is a gift card I would want/need to rely on.
Have bought several gift cards. Only had one incident which was promptly resolved. Taught me I could count on CardCash to come through for me.

Just bought $800 of Hyatt GCs a few weeks ago,
There was a zero balance on $300 worth.
The front desk agent tried several times to get them to take.
The discount was great. The transaction was easy. Got the card in 3 days. Used it the next day. Easy to check the remaining balance online.
Digital gift cards were sent within a half hour unlike some that wait until the next day and the deal for which you were purchasing may be gone.
Had trouble with the download but the customer service was great! Problem solved :) Will order from them again.
I ordered a gift card that had no value. I went to use it in a restaurant (the purpose I bought it) and there was NO VALUE. I paid $45 for a $0 value restaurant gift card. The restaurant stated that these sites are selling these cards without authorization. The code showed activity from a long time ago - about 8 months prior to my ordering the card - complete scam.

By the time I got my card it had been "unloaded". I'm sure it was originally purchased with a stolen credit card. ABC cards (or is it CardCash?) was very responsive and the refund was processed quickly. This is the first card I have purchased from them. I might give them another try if I don't give up on the used gift card business altogether. It's too bad that the dirtbags out there make this business so difficult for everyone.
The site showed the gift cards I wanted as available however after signing up and trying to buy them they kept showing as out of stock-even though they were still showing as available on Gift Card Granny.
