I have bought many cards from Card Cash and I always get great discounts. I have never had an issue redeeming the cards. Overall totally satisfied!
I purchased 2 e gift certificates to Cracker Barrel to give as a gift.
The recipient just informed me one of the certificates had already been used.
When I looked into it, I found the certificate was indeed fraudulent.
Since the recipient had not used the certificate within 45 days, card cash is not responsible and it is a complete loss to me and my friend.
That just does not sit right with me, even if there are warnings on their site.
I am still waiting on my refund for the last try to buy shoes at Skechers. The refunds were taken care of in a timely manner, which was good. However, buying gift card that didn't get accepted on the Skechers website was frustrating. Then I finally bought some that got accepted and Skechers rejected the purchase because they weren't gift cards. They were rewards card that are given to customers through a rewards program. And they wouldn't honor them because they didn't come from my account. Frustrating. Everything was taken care of, but I shouldn't have to deal with that.
I love card cash i save so much money i buy cards as i need them sometimes i just buy them for a rainy day when its a great deal cant beat this place
We bought the card cash to purchase some flowers (1800Flowers). We had to go to a special web site to use the card cash where the flowers were more expensive. An hour after we purchased the card cash we tried to cancel the transaction but the Card Cash help desk would not allow us to return the card cash
Got a printable card at a good discount. Went to use it and the merchant got several error messages so I couldn't use the card. That was bad. Emailed CardCash that night regarding the problem and had a refund within two days. That was good.
I make the purchase of 5 gift card of which three inform that they were stolen, and for that reason I can not make the purchase, I request the refund of the subscriber. Order: *******
Just make sure you use them in the covered period. If you do, they back up their word. I use it for purchases I already have planned, from home depot to restaurants. Only ever had one issue, and they refunded the money without issue.

I was buying several gift cards to be used on vacation. My order was confirmed then a day later cancelled/flagged as if it was fraudualent without any correspondence prior to cancellation. Will not be doing business with them again.
I'm only giving my experience 1 star because one had to be chosen. Not only was the process very annoying for a first time customer but my funds were on hold for days and i still didnt end up with my sunglass hut gift card.
I made reservations at an expensive restaurant because I had a gift card from Cardcash. When I tried to use it, the manager said the pin on the gift card was invalid and would not take it. So I had to pay full price for a meal that I would not have had otherwise. When I called Cardcash, they didn't believe me that the gift card would not work and questioned my integrity. They finally refunded my money, but I am out the money I spent at the restaurant, and the hassle of this whole experience. I will not use them again.

I always look for cheap gift cards when i am shopping online. Card cash was perfect. Found the card i wanted, purchased it and it was emailed to me within 5 minutes.
Several times clicked on a specific deal. All I got was a sign-up page. Then I made the mistake of signing up and verifying only to still not get to the deal I wanted. I gave up.

I purchased a Logan's Roadhouse $50 gift card from Card Cash on May 15th. I tried to use the gift card on May 22nd only to find out it had been used and had a zero balance. It was very embarrassing and humiliating. The store manager and waitress approached our table to inform us of the problem. It was awful. I argued because I just purchased it. I logged on to the restaurants website on my smartphone. Sure enough someone used the card on May 20th. After contacting Card Cash immediately, they said I need to wait 3 to 5 days for a resolution. I am hoping they can resolve my issue. They said all cards have a 45 day warranty in case a problem like this occurs. We will have to wait and see what happens.
