Simply waste of your money.
I purchased 4 gift cards and 3 of them were invalid. Can you believe it? 75% of the purchased gift cards were fraud. In addition, they offer only 45 days money-back guarantee. If you don't check the balance in 45 days after you purchase, you may lose your money. Note that Raise.com offers 1 year money-back guarantee. According to their policy, as you expect, they do not accept refund after 45 days. They say the % of refund request is very small. For me, it is 75%. They are selling invalid gift cards (looks like they do not check the balance before selling it) then get donation from you if you don't report any issue in 45 days.
I am amazed at some of the bargains. My husband and I are retired and he loves to take a break at McDonalds, that is one of the cards we use. I am looking for Home Depot but rearly find a bargain.

HORRIFIC! After purchasing a few times from CardCash with no incidents, my account was suddenly marked as fraudulent. Of course, I email the customer service address to work on fixing the problem. I get assigned the superstar, Arlene. She lets me know that my account was flagged but not to worry as the pending charge will soon fall off my credit card. Gee, thanks genius. I already knew that, I was emailing to FIX the issue. I sent a 2nd email to find a way to proceed with my order. I got another response from Arlene, she must have been the only one working. She told me to use a different credit card and otherwise fix the problem myself. Um, how about get off your $#*! and do some customer service? I previously ordered 4 times, all with Paypal so maybe it's CardCash's problem! I emailed a 3rd time, but either Arlene was on a break or she actually forwarded it to a manager, as I requested. Doubt it though, as it's been a week since I have heard from CashCard. Good to know that CardCash pays employees to do nothing and even better, has a completely useless customer service department. Pass on this company and go to Raise, Giftcard Zen, or Giftcard Bin. Those three companies don't blow you off and give you better rates. HUGE FAIL CashCard. I wasn't even upset about the account being flagged, I was upset at my interaction with that pathetic excuse of a customer service department.
I bought 100$ gift card for bonefishgrill. However when I was paying with the gift card it looks like there were only 50$ in the gift card. I complained and within 2-3 days I was refunded the full amount of the bill. Although it was little embarrassing at the restaurant, but I gained 50$ actually.
Card Cash is literally free money to your selected store. It is so easy to use - I check it before going out all the time. Some offers are received so quickly I can order a gift card while seated at the restaurant & have it in my inbox by the time we need to pay. I have received several bogus cards over the years, but card cash customer service has responded promptly each time and given me a full refund with no problems.
There were problems verifying my personal info to complete the first purchase. Took three days to complete the transaction.

Very pleased. Response time was excellent also. However, some merchants aren't real happy with the ecard when they don't have a scanner and have to enter all those numbers by hand,

Purchased a $50 value card from "ABC" website. They sent me a $15 card instead. Had to go through the hassle of filing a complaint then waiting for a refund. Had similar problem in the past purchasing cards through the "Card Cash" website. Had I known ABC and Card Cash were the same companies, I would have avoided ABC. Have purchased from Cardpool with no problems.
We eat out all the time and the money we save buying gift cards from cardcash really helps out on the expense. Occasionally we will receive a card with a zero balance, but customer service always comes through for us with a refund.
Downloaded and printed out a $50 gift card from Chili's. When attempted to use it, cashier said account was closed. How embarrassing. I eventually got my money back but I will never use this site again!
