Purchased a gift card with a value.of $50. Took the card to the store to use it and it only had $16. On it. I called customer service and they refused to help because I called after the 45 day window. Even though I had proof that the previous gift card owner continued to use the card afterm it was sold. I refuse to to business with a company that won't stand behind their product/service and cares so little about their customers. Extremely disappointed Raise from now on!
Found the e-cards I was looking for. Purchased them right away and within a few minutes had them in my inbox and ready to use. Whole transaction took about 15 minutes. Smooth and fast. Always look to them for buying cards at a good price.
Very dissapointed i bought $100 AMC gift card and it was not a valid card, they did reimburse my money but why sell something thats not working or why dont they check the balance.
Two cards I purchased from CardCash within the last 3 months have been zeroed out shortly after the 45 day guarantee has expired. Coincidence? Why only a 45 day guarantee, when other sites give much more. Seems like all the "behind the scenes" stuff CardCash is using doesn't give them enough confidence to have a longer guarantee. Won't EVER buy from them again.

It is a good site for resell gift cards. Be a good consumer and be aware of how long the guarantee is good for. Buy and use within the guarantee period and enjoy the savings.
Placed 2 orders with them with different credit cards. All cancelled. Reason "Your order has been flagged by our fraud systems as high risk. As a result, your order has been canceled and you have not been charged. " Called them. Their response is that they can not corrected it, we can not accept orders over the phone, managers are not available. Very bad experience.
Checked gift card balance after the 45 day guarantee only to find the gift card was inactive. CardCash response--"will at times receive cards that are invalid or have a balance discrepancy". I found this too late so no refund.
2 Kohl's giftcards were purchased from my cardcash.com account on January 23rd. I contacted cardcash and my credit card company on January 23. My card was charged $307.65 and $285.36 for these giftcards. Cardcash provided the giftcards so the dispute with my credit card company was closed on march 31st. I Tried to use the gift cards on April 8th and 1 card was canceled and 1 card had a $0 balance. I contacted Cardcash and after a few weeks, I was told that they would give me a refund for $307.65 for one card but refused to give me a refund for the $285.36 for the second card! I was even told by Kohl's fraud department that this giftcard was used by another account 3 weeks after I purchased it from Cardcash, I told them to contact Kohl's Fraud department to verify my story but they refused. Right now, I have started the redispute process with my credit card company but Cardcash needs to provide a refund. I should not be penalized because they were dishonest. The 45 day return policy should still apply in this situation.
The merchant would not honor the gift card and Card Cash issued a refund immediately. One of the reasons I use them is because of their customer service.
I purchased for gift cards from card cash on 04/29/2017. One card for $11.66, one for $18.35, one for $3.47 and one for $54.06. These are all gross values. The total amount of my purchase $78.13. I went to pet smart today to use these cards and the first three previously mentioned were good the fourth card for $54.06 had zero value on it. I had them tried to run the card several times in the verify that it had no value on it.
The card has the following identifications on it: 6006 ************** on the back of the card, filing ID *******-C on the front of the card. I still have the card. I can also provide you with the receipt from pet Mart if you need it.
They were purchased with my Citicorp card ending in 9351.
Please tell me what can be done about this.
I was nervous to buy a physical gift card online. I prefer to get the e-gift cards where I can verify it right away, but the physical card arrived quickly and it was for the exact amount advertised.
Excellent customer service. Always. On the few occasions when I encountered a problem with a purchase, Card Cash has been prompt and had me completely satisfied with the resolution. Highly Recommend!
Love saving with CardCash! So easy and so quick. I usually buy when I'm standing in the store ready to pay. Love knowing I can save a little more even if the item is already on sale! Anyone can save with CardCash!
I had to order forur times, ended up with three pending charges on my credit cards, decided to call in and they told me only certain browsers would work to get orders placed, and that it doesn't really work on mobile devices... All around a bad experience. Eventually I got Payless gift cards. I then couldn't use them online due to Payless revamping their gift card payment system. Had to use in store, but had trouble using them there also due to gift cards not having the newly required PIN numbers. Eventually it all got worked out and I got the gift cards, and was able to use them.
Didn't let me buy after hours! Could have been nice if rejected me right away. Why need 100 character... this system is stupid
Using the Site was Fast & Easy! Great prices on Gift Cards and I like the Email (print) Cards the best!
I love that Card Cash sends the gift card within a few minutes. I would not use Card Cash takes a long time to deliver the cards.
