I purchased a $50 Panera gift card from CardCash. As soon as I received it, I checked the balance and it said $50, so I was initially happy with the purchase. A few months later when I tried to use the gift card, Panera told me that the card was fraudulent. When I contacted CardCash about it, they said because I had passed the 45 day period in which they guarantee their merchandise, they wouldn't do anything about it. Beware! After 45 days, your card might stop working as well.
Ive made several purchases thru the years from CardCash and never had a problem. I receive the gift cards quickly and with the correct amount on them.
READ ALL THE FINE PRINT! Have had multiple issues with no refund provided. They will not provide refund unless within 45 DAYS.
What a hassle! Both of the electronic gift cards I purchased DID NOT work. Cardcash did refund my money, but how embarrassing at the restaurant. Never buying from them again!
I purchase a card and do not receive the card number via email as stated within 24-48 hours. I do wonder if people do work on weekends? I email in regard to my issue, and I am now blue from holding my breath.
Cardcash always refunds my money, but the hassle of being denied and then using my own funds, makes the whole deal not worth the bother in the first place to save just a few bucks.
I've purchased several Dunkin Donut's gift card but when I tried to use the second and the third card, it told me the cards were not registered. I've contacted the Cardcash but they told me it already past the 45 days guaranty so there is nothing they can do. I told them that to verify the card is legit or not is not customer's job, they should make sure the card is 100% safe before they sell to the customer. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything with their own fault, too bad. Please make sure when you buy the gift card from them, you have to use it immediately, don't just check the balance online because the balance means nothing.
I purchased a gift card of100.00 went to the merchant with it and was told there was not a balance on it? Embarrassing and time consuming for me. Was refunded the cash for the card after asking for a refund with no explanation!

Complete waste of time. Tried buying multiple cards, system kept sending them back saying it was flagged for fraud. Complete waste of time
Cardcash often sells cards listed as worth $50 or more.
But if you don't get to use them quickly they often turn out to be worthless (empty). I wrote to CardCash support, and they won't refund my money. These guys are crooks! Don't buy from them!
Got what I paid for no worries no problems good return for the price no problem when using gift card
I had bought Trader Joe's gift card from cardcash but suddenly balance is removed after first use. I contacted Trader Joe's gift card center and found that they removed the balance as they found out first purchase involved fradulent act. I contacted cardcash to trace the seller (who stole someone's identity to purchase card and sold it to cardcash) to avoid the same case in future and reimburse the money I lost, but they kept mentioning about their 45 days protection policy and refused to do any investigation nor reimburse the money. I think they don't care any lost that their customers encounter. I will never use them any more and also spread the work to my friends/family not to use them.

Bad site don't waste your time. Support did help either I had to go to another website to get the cards I needed.
Purchased an egift card to a nice restaurant. Tried to use it and the manager comes over to tell me it has already been used. Was completely embarrassed and was forced to pay the entire bill when I was counting on a good portion being absorbed by the card. Plus, when I complained they did not refund the entire amount. I'm still fighting for the rest. Plus, no real apology or attempt to make amends.
