I am echoing other reviews. The company has a 45 day policy. If you don't use your gift card before this time, and you find your unused balance is $0, there is nothing they will do to help you or anything you can do except get really angry. The other caveat is that I haven't yet lost money on an unused card past the 45 day mark if I used some of the gift card before the 45 days. After losing quite a bit of money (on gifts, too! I was so embarrassed. They were restaurant gift cards to my kid's teachers.), I've learned to get a card that covers my purchase amount just under the total, so I use all of the balance on the same day I purchase it. Worked so far... Haven't lost any more money.

I gave my daughter a GC for her birthday, without knowing about the 45 day guarantee. It was a $75 gift card... totally worthless. $0 balance. The company wouldn't help me at all. I had also purchased multiple restaurant gift cards when they had a special. I realized that 2 were also (just barely) past the 45 day period. Checked the balance - also $0, also no assistance. I have had 3 other gift cards that were purchased within the 45 day timeframe also have the same result. They will eventually refund those, but seriously NOT worth the hassle. I have used tons of GC sites in the past, and absolutely none have been this awful.

Have purchased many gift cards from CardCash and a significant portion are no good as soon as the 45-day guarantee period is finished. Either whoever they are purchasing from are retaining the numbers to steal any balances later, and CardCash does not hold them responsible... or perhaps even CardCash themselves is doing this. Don't risk it unless you will be using the card right away, but why deal with a shady biz when there are so many other options... there are many providers offering a one year guarantee and their discounts are comparable or better.

By their customer service on words, The process of buying discounted gift cards is risky. I found that out for sure. I bought a gift card for Cracker Barrel only to find out months later that the gift card had a zero balance. When I brought it to this company's attention, they blew me off saying that I was outside of the 45 day guarantee window. I'm here to tell you that a lot of people don't use gift cards within 45 days of getting them. I will never use their services again and will urge my friends and family to do the same.

I purchased a gift card for Dunkin Donuts on June 18,2017. On Aug. 19,2017 I used the card at a Dunkin Donuts and they said it was a 'Stolen Card'. I notified cardcash.com and they said it was past their 45 day window to return. I wasn't returning it-- it was a STOLEN card. I just wanted a new one. They sold me a stolen card and refused to do anything about it. I looked online and they people complained they did that often. www.abcgiftcards.com is owned by them and they do the same.
Don't buy a card from either company unless you want to lose your money.

Every single time I order from ABC gift cards I get the order confirmation but then I never get the follow up email with the digital gift card attached. Then I have to contact customer service to let them know that I didn't get it and it usually takes one or two days for them to deliver it to me which is really frustrating when you're wanting to use it to go out to dinner the same day. I think I've decided that I will never order from ABC gift cards ever again I'm lonely order from their competitors.

Card had no funds when I went to use the card, and Cardcash ignored my claim. They have a 45-day guarantee, but this is not because there are occasional problems. In fact, there is a widespread scam whereby people buy cards fraudulently, sell them to CardCash, and it takes 45 days for the fraud to be discovered and the transaction reversed. Most CardCash cards will be cleared to zero, and somebody WILL get ripped off: it will be you if you don't fully redeem the card before it's discovered, it will be the bank or the vendor if you do. The scammers are the big winners, because they never lose. The small % discount you get from CardCash is not worth the risk and loss that almost always occurs.

Bought electronic Crackerbarrel $50 card. Went to use it just past their short 45 day guarantee only to discover it had a zero balance. A check with Crackerbarrel site should all fund had bee stripped from it 7 days after purchase. In last couple years I've had at least 3 similiar problems with CashCard cards but all were within the 45 days so I received refund. I even tried going through PayPal and they don't cover such transactions. CASHCARD is a BIG SCAM.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN - I GOT SCAMMED - SHAME ON ME. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID. I thought that I was saving money by purchasing a gift card for my mother from Chico's. It was supposedly a great value - a $500 gift card for around $385. But you know the saying that some things are too good to be true. CardCash.com has a "guaranty" that is good for 45 days, but of course the gift card was for my mother for her birthday and she goes to Chico's to buy something 50 days or so later and Chico's says the gift card is fraudulent. I contacted CardCash.com and they said too late - you had 45 days to find out it is fraudulent. Apparently, someone else had already used the card after I purchased it. Stay away from CardCash.com and you will be happy. My mother was distraught by the whole experience as Chico's somehow thought that she was the scammer and not CardCash.com. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
