I read about this company and I made sure, (I thought) that I was making business with a legitimate company. The seem so neat and clean but then I discovered why so many people are complaining about them. I place 4 gift cards on their site for sale. Spend a couple of hour reading and making sure this was the right move. After sending the cards number and code to them I got a screen for 2-4 seconds telling me the transaction was completed and that I needed to wait 24 hrs for them to release my funds in a form or an Amazon credit. Then the next day I went back to check the site and I got a message that my transaction was declined and the cards had being flagged and could not use them with them. I called customer service and I got the same answer. These are birthday gifts from friends and relatives for goodness sake. I then asked to talk with a supervisor giving them a last chance to review their flaw system and I got the same answer. For that reason I am giving them one star. Unreliable system and uninformed customer service.

They will put charges on your bank account that show as pending but the charges will never come off of your bank account. I still have 4 pending holds of $1.00 each on my bank account and it's been 90 days. I reached out to cardcash support over 30 times with no support given. There are plenty of other sites that don't have as many issues. My advice is to take the lesser offer from another site and don't do any type of business with this company.

Worst company ever. Used to buy cards regularly but then suddenly all my orders started getting cancelled. I reached out to their support team regarding the problem and they said my orders are being flagged as fraud. They told me to try using PayPal and make sure my address was correct. I tried these and my orders would still get cancelled. Reached out to their support team to help remedy the issue and they just send the same canned response every time. They refuse to help and clearly dont care about getting business. Do not deal with this company, they are the worst to deal with. Stick with reputable resellers like Raise or PayPal Digital Gifts.

I purchased an Advance gift card ID# *******-D for $61.32. I am always leery of crooks so I make a purchase right away or check the balance as soon as I receive the cards. I used this card for a small purchase and had a remaining balance of $49.02. Thinking this card was now valid and good to go I wasn't rushed to spend the remaining balance before the CardCash 45 day guarantee expired. Was I ever wrong! I went to use the card and they it declined. Very embarrassing to say the least! When I called CardCash, they told me that it appeared that the individual that sold the card to them could have kept the card number and scratch off PIN on reverse of the card to use the remaining balance. Since it was outside their 45 Days they refused to refund or credit my account. Take my advice and don't buy cards from CardCash! As you can see in other reviews they are not a good company to deal with.

Dont ever sell to this company. They used to be good but I sold a $50 Banana Republic card and they said they would not pay me for it because it was covered for liability and that cards were bad or invalid, hence none were bad at all due to checking the balance and none were even used. TRUTH IS THIS COMPANY DOESNT WANT TO PAY YOU BACK NOR GIVE YOU WHAT YOU SOLD. NEVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. They lost a valued and faithful customer.

I bought a $250 Staples Gift Card but when I went to use it (minutes after receiving it) I found out it didn't work! So I called staples to check the balance and their system said that the card was either never activated or had no funds available. So I emailed/called Card Cash and they said it would be refunded and it could take up to 7 business days to see the refund. It's now been 7 days, but there is still no refund. I emailed the company again and they gave me the same generic response back saying it's been refunded and to wait 7 business days.

So I called up my credit card and they said there are no pending refunds on my account for them!

This company is a scam, stay away! If I could give a ZERO star I would.

Purchased $200 worth of certificates for a high end steakhouse chain. Confirmed balance with the chain and when we went to redeem the certificates found out the certificates had already been redeemed. Ended up paying twice for an expensive steak dinner. CardCash responded quickly with the following tough luck response "Buying from any marketplace involves the classical Risk vs. Reward decision. Consumers shopping at a marketplace can save up to 35% but will, at times, receive cards that are invalid or have a balance discrepancy. This is not something we can control."

Card Cash took an order for gift cards from their salesman Joseph Blaustein. I sent the order of the gift cards as requested by Joseph. 3 weeks later I was informed they would not pay me for my gift cards. On their website it clearly states payment owed yet they refuse to pay me. They have my cards and now want to send them back. How am I to know what they used in my cards? They will tell you of course we didnt steal the balances but how do I know that? They have also marked my account paid for cards when it wasnt. Gift Cards are as valuable as currency.
