This is the best sell your gift card site by far I have used a few other ones and this one is definitely the best. They have better payment options, better prices, and gave me my money super fast with no problems thank you so much you have definitely gained a new customer
The company claims to have low levels of fraud, but that is only within their 45 day guarantee window. I bought four separate cards as Christmas gifts and all four recipients who tried to use them after the 45 day window were informed that the cards were not valid. The company refused any refunds, since it was beyond 45 days. Fraud after 45 days seems quite high!
Sold them 3 cards for x amount each, and it took them 10 days, after i constantly emailed and called them, to finally give me a solution, which was unsatisfactory. They claimed that a card i sold them back in 2016 was no good, and that they would take their money out of these new cards i just sent them. I effectively lost 500 dollars. I argued that they had my credit card on file and my email, why wasn't i notified back in 2016.
Bought a UA gift card and when I went to the store, it had $0 balance. I was told that the card was used in another state. Ended up loosing $45 to save $5 on a $50 gift card. Looks like they resell the card to multiple buyers. Never purchasing from them.
Card cash is easy to use and straightforward. I get all my cash within days of submitting my gift card.
Super easy transaction. And quick too. Took just a couple of minutes to sign up. Input the details of the gift card and waited. Did not have to wait long. Just took a day or two and I had the money in my PayPal account. Would highly recommend to everyone and I will be using again and again!
I had no issues with setting up my account and getting an offer for my gift card. The offer was very reasonable so I went ahead and followed the steps to continue with the process. After submitting everything I received notification via email that they were processing my transaction and the another notification when it was accepted and letting me know my money would be direct deposited within 24-48 hours. I had my money in my bank account the following morning with ZERO issues. I would not hesitate to use this site in the future and would recommend it to others looking to swap out unwanted gift cards.
Easy as 1 2 3. Convenient for those who don't have transportation to take to a store and can instantly put on PayPal.
I discovered from Great Clips legal that the card from CardCash had been purchased with a FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD and then resold. Since CardCash states they check their cards before reselling they would have been very aware that this card was frozen.
Customer service is a joke. They do whatever they can to make money for themselves. The buyer ultimately assumes all liability.
I had no problem with some of their cards and then took the plunge on some higher dollar cards... on 2 of them... the retailers declined them as valid and refused to accept them. Contacted cash card and they would not do anything since it was past the 45 days. Cost me $250 worth, I got screwed.
USE THE CARDS YOU BUY BEFORE 45 DAYS ARE UP! I did not do this, foolishly I forgot about the 45 days. Now 3 gift cards I purchased for Christmas for family members are no good. I am out over $130. The gift cards are invalid, no money value on them at all. I think that people are selling the cards to CardCash, then waiting until the 46th day and then using them so that we end up with nothing on our cards and no back up warranty from CardCash.
I tried to place an order for ecard American Eagle and they sent me email that my order was flagged as fraud. I really was insulted by that. Tried to place an order from different email with my different credit card and got email that my order was canceled as it was flagged as fraud. Whom do they think i try to fraud? Its my email, my credit card with my name on it. They replied to my complain that its just silly misunderstanding and they take fraud very seriously may be too seriously. I tried to place an order again, and again denied as fraud. Never seen anything like this.
I had 2 gift cards I wanted to turn into cash. I did my research, even tried to sell them on Facebook, but people wanted to offer me laughable amounts. I set up an account on CardCash and accepted their offer. I got my check within the time frame they quoted. If I ever have any more gift cards that I don't want, I will definitely sell through here.
CardCash offers gift cards at a discounted price. Before I shop, dine, travel, I always check for a discounted gift card. If you're going to spend the money anyway, why not pay less! Thus far, CardCash has been quick with the delivery of egift cards and all that I've ordered have been valid.
I was nervous to try this as I had a large gift card ($500) at Best Buy that I wanted to exchange for an Amazon card. I looked around at reviews for these types of sites online, and went with CardCash as they seemed to be amongst the best reviewed, and advertised a quick delivery of my funds. I filled their forms, verified my identity, and successfully exchanged my gift card for an Amazon card within 20 minutes. I was encouraged to fill out this review because of so many mixed reviews online, and wanted give this company my vote of confidence. I would try this service again in the future.
The customer service team was great at always answering the phone and any questions I had. In fact, this is what got them my business. I had tried to reach out to another company about bulk selling, but no one would answer the phone or call/message me back, and that's when I found CardCash. I wish I would have started here, it would have made things much better.
So, I have two gift cards I'll never use, so I was trading it for an eBay gift card. After I put in all the info, it gave me a pop-up window to give me a text verification code. Which, why do you need that if I already give you my email, my address, and my credit card? Lame, but anyway, the drop down menu gives you a list of phone numbers that you can use. You can't type in one, they give you a list. That's really stupid. For some lame reason, my phone number wasn't on there, only random numbers I've never had in my life and my mom and grandmas phone number was there? What? So I emailed customer service, which was actually really fast getting a response, but they told me if I couldn't find a number in there that I can use, they can't do anything about it. Are you serious? You give me my mom's phone number, my grandma's phone number, and a bunch of random phone numbers, but not mine? And you can't do anything about it? What I'd like to know is how they got those numbers in the first place and not mine. I use my phone number online everywhere. Not my mom's, grandma's, or those random numbers. Really freaking weird. I'm never going to use that website again, since I don't know where they got those numbers. That's creepy.
First they say id be paid within 24 hours. So i wait after 24 hrs i check they said i need to confirm my phone, ok, now after giving them card number and pin etc. They change the whole deal and want me to send the card in. All theyve done is waste my time. Dont even waste your time with these jerks
Bought a card. Didn't work. Called customer service. Didn't help. Awkward at restaurant. Will never use again.
Fast, fair, and dependable website that provides trades for unwanted or used gift cards. Trusted and will be using again.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
