They answered all my questions right away and made the process so easy that I felt comfortable using them
Very easy to use which made it a no brainer! The check arrived quickly. I immediately got an e mail from the company making any hesitation I had answered
I had entered my gift card at another site and after 3 weeks, it was still under review. Their customer service did not respond to my queries. I canceled my card on that site and went with CardCash. CardCash verified and accepted my gift card right away, I was paid within minutes.
I purchased a Bahama Breeze e-card getting 14% off. The e-card came in less than an hour (stated 24 hours on the website) and was used this past weekend with no problems. Will definitely do again!
I did thorough research before going with this company to get the most for my gift card that I wanted to sell, this company offered the most for it. Everything went smoothly.
Great Service... but they take for every to pay you your money. Pay outs are higher on big store cards but very low on others. I wish they were quicker.
Tried ordering from them and was told I was flagged as high risk. It can't be my card as I use it daily with no issues.
I messaged support about it and they were no help. They said they couldn't tell me why I was flagged so I have no idea what to do on my end to solve the issue they seem to have. I would give them credit card statements and provide my driver's license to verify if they asked but they have no system in place to get around their automatic fraud system.
I have no issues ordering from Raise.com so it isn't an issue related to this type of site. CardCash shows better deals on some cards than Raise.com does, but those better deals mean nothing when they don't allow you to actually give them your money. I guess their competitors will get it instead.
If you try them once and get your order rejected, don't waste your time trying to deal with them. It won't do you any good.
I wish there was a little more speed to the process and openness to support but overall a good experience
My husband and I had a handful of gift cards that we knew we were never going to use, but we didn't want to throw them away because they were thoughtful gifts and we don't like to waste things. After letting them sit in our wallets for 2 years, I finally looked for a solution and found Card Cash. I thought it was a little risky at first, but we were able to trade them in for an Amazon gift card, not with the same valuable but definitely more valuable to us. And it worked so well. It was a great decision and we will use Card Cash for this again in the future. We are happy! The process took very little time, and we are creatures of convenience, so I know we will be return customers.
I haven't sold any cards to CardCash, but have bought three gift cards (2 eCodes, 1 physical), and so far have used two of them without any hiccups. I checked the balances before arriving to the store, added them in to their designated app, and spent them within 5 days of receiving the eCodes. I have yet to spend the physical card, but will do so within the week.
I know people can get upset when they haven't spent their cards within the 45 day guarantee only to find out there isn't a balance on their cards anymore.
My advice would be to only buy these cards for yourself when you are for sure planning a trip to a designated store. For me, I know I needed to buy some Tylenol and cereal at Target and valued saving about 8 percent vs. the 5 percent paying with Target's Redcard.
Have used them a bunch without issues until the last two orders both of which contained faulty cards. I missed their stated window for refunds by a few days - they completely ignored my refund request for a few weeks, so I filed a second refund application and they basically said "too bad so sad". Will not be using them again for anything.
The biggest scam company in the united states led by scammers and thief's. You miht think they actually sell you gift cards but they only sell you giftcards that are empty and fraud people to take their money and give them gift cards that are less than what they had paid. Be careful from this business that is led by thief's.
I bought a gift card to make it a purchase but never received it so I bought my item with a regular credit card and tried to cancel the previous gift card purchase, but they say it was not possible and lied about have sent it. So I has to pay twice for my purchase! Worst savings ever and really bad customer service!
They keep cancelling my orders and labeled me as high risk fraud. Never in my life have I had this happen to me. I try to get it resolved and they're like "Eh, sorry, nothing we can do, you're a deadbeat". Okay, I never miss payments on anything, make a great income and have over 800 credit score. I'm glad I read the reviews here, I wish I read them earlier and I would have saved myself a lot of trouble dealing with these people. I'm sorry I ever gave them my credit card number.
Sold a gift card online and was never paid. Called multiple times and was told they would "escalate the matter" and someone would contact me within 24hrs. No one ever called, never got paid. RIP OFF SITE. AVOID IT.
I placed an order for $100 southwest gift card. It was cancelled as high risk of fraud. I have never defrauded any one in my life. I called customer service and they said they could not do anything about it. This is one lousy experience. They tag honest people as high risk of fraud without any explanation and claim they can do nothing about it.
User beware. This company sells faulty gift cards and then does not refund the money paid for them. They're guilty of this shady business practice so frequently that there's a warning on the Better Business Bureau website about them doing this.
I was able to trade in a couple of Apple Store gift cards for an Amazon card in less than 1 week. Once they received a print out of my gift cards in the mail, I was issued the Amazon gift card the next day.
Fraud company! I uploaded $700 worth of giftcards on their site, I get an email a day later saying all of the giftcards i submitted had a zero balance, which is impossible. Since it was giftcards from a retail store i reached out to the company, turns out a few hours after i submitted my giftcard info the giftcards were all used up in another state! Clearly they have hackers stealing people's info when submitting. When i reached out to cardcash, they just said sorry nothing we can do and hung up on me! Im out $700 to this fraud company! Beware!
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
