I received 2 gift cards from them that were either not vaild or had a $0 balance. When you call they tell you it will be 3-5 days before you can get your money back, but it is actually more like 10-12 days... if you get it back at all! It literally took me filing action through PayPal to get my money back on one of the cards. Customer service is AWFUL! The manager told me when I called about my card that had a $0 balance that she didn't need to apologize to me because it was my fault for buying a gift card through a secondary gift card site... if I wanted certainty I should have bought the card at a store! I went to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint (which I have never done before & never thought I would have to) come to find out they have an "F" because so many complaints were filed that sound just like mine. Please use other sites like Raise or Cardpool... they are stand-up & I have never ever had a problem with one of their cards. Just be warned about CardCash!

Bought a panera gift card that did not work (Order nbr: ******* & FID: *******I). Was embarrassed at the store because the card was invalid. While my money was returned after a few days I would expect compensation for the unpleasant experience. None was offered.

Discount gift card marketplace is a crowded field. Hope CardCash realizes that I have no obligation to keep my business with them.

You think I have to say that because I work here. But I actually do buy cards and do like our site. I like that the rates change so if you missed a deal you can always comes back and there would be a better deal another time.

"I purchased some Academy cards from this company. They arrived and I checked them which showed they were good. We could not use them that week due to the item being no longer being sold so we waited. Right under 2 months after buying the cards from cardcash we found a pool to buy at Academy (this was over $400 in cards!) and went to buy it. The cards were now DECLINED? WHAT? I had checked them. I called Academy 800 number when I returned home. They informed me these cards were obtained from stolen merchandise and all were "locked out" over 40 days earlier! I am still fighting with CardCash because they don't want to refund the money even though these were not good for many days before the 45 day guarantee and they know that. You cannot contact anyone in the US. You are always routed to another country and they are not helpful. IF my credit card dispute doesn't protect me I will be filing in small claims because it is worth it to me. GO TO RAISE! There cards are guaranteed for 100 days and their customer service is amazing!"

I had placed a few orders with Card Cash. Couple of them did not even have money on them when I received them! It was horrible! Imagine going shopping thinking you have this money and when you try to use them the balance is 0! Also they have by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! Oh my god! They are difficult to reach and the people working there have no authority to do anything. When you ask for a manager, they refuse to come on the phone! Can you believe that?!?! I have never heard of a company like this. In specific I spoke to Joan and the supervisor was Adele on May 9 at around 1 PM. THE WORST! GO TO RAISE INSTEAD! Much nicer people and I never have had a problem with a balance!

Purchased a $100 gift card for $55 on a whim after colleagues recommended this site. Trusting my colleagues, I didn't research the company and purchased the gift card to be used for the next evening. The e-gift card that arrived didn't look legitimate. Before submitting myself to any possible embarrassment at the restaurant, I decided to phone the restaurant and have them check the GC balance. They informed me the balance was $0 and had been used on April 28.

I immediately reported the fraud to Visa. I don't think I will end up paying for the fraud as it is a legitimate fraud: I purchased what I thought was going to be $100 gift card and what I received was an email worth $0.

My advice is stay away from this and other gift card exchange sites. Do your two minutes of due diligence first. A simple Google search of this business prior to the purchase would have uncovered the fraud. Further research from the Restaurant's gift cards terms and conditions state that gift cards may not be resold and resold gift cards are not accepted. So even if the gift card was "good", there is still a possibility of the merchant rejecting it. When you purchase from cashcard, they force you to agree to their terms and conditions which state that you agree to the terms and conditions of the gift card merchant. By doing so, you're basically agreeing that resold gift cards cannot be used but at the same time they're willing to sell you one that can never be used. Sort of a legal loophole.

Whatever low life scum bags working for this institution are stealing from honest people should go to hell. Criminal complaints will be filed against cashcard.com to put these crooks in jail where they belong.
