I bought 5 gift cards and 3 were invalid. I wasted so much time contacting and communicates with their customer services. The issues was solved but it has wasted a lot of my time.

I love card cash, I buy cards from them all the time. I get my cards promptly, and am very happy with their service.
I have used the site with some success, and yet any success is quickly bashed by the embarrassment created when cards are found to be fraudulent by Fogo De Chao and highly suspect by Famous Dave's. I was reimbursed but was certain some kind of deal would be offered to make up for the embarrassment, but none came. That is no "deal" and there is no discount worth continually getting questioned or treated as suspect.
It's so simple to go to the website, choose your store, and purchase.
I had 8 orders in the past, 2 of them had some issue. When things happened, I was worried that it would take forever to solve the issues, but to my surprise, things were solved like a charm, no hassle at all. Always received the digital information in minutes. Never had any issues.
I have ordered twice from this site. Both times the cards have not worked at the retailer. When I call to check the balance on the cards, all appears normal but cards are not useable at retail location.
I buy a lot of discounted gift cards. Card Cash has been reliable, but it would be better if the guarantee period was longer like many other resellers.

I've had very good experiences with CardCash (aka ABC GiftCard) = fast delivery, easy to use website, etc. But when I got shorted on a TGIF Gift Card (shortage was less than $15), it took nearly 30 days to get this dispute resolved - emails back and forth, agents would barely could read and didn't have a clue what the problem was (and obviously how to solve it) even though I was totally explicit with every detail: Order #, confirmation #, dates of contact, value of card and value missing, date card was first used, etc). For the life of me, I don't know what their problem with customer service is. That said, I did get my refund for the shortage - again almost 30 days after I reported it to them. So my advice is: WHEN THEY PROCESS AN ORDER PROPERLY - IT'S A GREAT DEAL FOR YOU AND THEY ARE FAST IN FULFILLING ORDERS (AT LEAST ELECTRONIC ONES - BUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER/CARD - BUYER BEWARE!

I've now used CardCash at least a half a dozen times. Wow, wish I would have discovered this site a long time ago. We use it quite often to dine, but my wife uses it for shopping. Since the cards are used as cash, she gets whatever discount or special that is currently being advertised and the CardCash discount on TOP of that.
To prove my satisfaction, I've referred the site a number of times to family and friends. They're just as impressed.

I buy a lot of gift cards to save the extra $$. CardCash with its PayPal integration is easy to use and they ship right away (unlike some places which could take a week to get you the gift cards unless you PAY for expedited delivery - REALLY?

Was vacationing at a Hyatt, saw gift cards on CardCash - $34 for $50 Hyatt gift card, so I bought 3. We charged everything at the resort to our room and had no trouble using the gift cards at check out to pay our tab.
The policy of 45 days is just too short to use their cards! I will not do business with them again.
