There were a few times I've had orders canceled after waiting several days for the gift card. Should have been notified earlier. Also the mobile website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate from link to link.

Initially, I was not satisfied with the answers I received. However, I persevered and operator contacted the legal department, who sided with me. I was a bit disappointed about having to jump through the hoops when I should have received a refund after original call.

I've had a great experience with CardCash. Their discount electronic vouchers (gift cards) are normally delivered within 2 hours of purchase, so you can buy them once you know what you'll spend. The only time I got one that didn't have the face value promised on it, they quickly refunded my money. I've used this site dozens of times for many different merchants.
