Card had the wrong balance on it... still working with customer service to get it corrected

Too many bad cards - balance when i receive, zero when i try to use. Incorrect card sent on one order and now it seems to be lost in the mail when i returned and i fear for my $100 if you don't receive even though i have proof that i mailed.

Easy process... great deals... fast service! I will continue to use CardCash as a way to save money on gas, restaurants, etc.!

I really like the e cards. Just pay for them and an email arrives shortly so you can print. Have had no problem using them.

I have purchased multiple gift cards - Justice, Gap, Ulta, McDonalds & have had no problem! The only time I had an issue is when I purchased a Panera card & it didn't work at the store. I wrote them & had my money back in a couple days! I love CardCash!

I lovethe variety and savings offered. I only wish that the printable gift cards would be available immediately after purchase.

I use my e-gift cards along with a coupon, and when I need a gift card quick, the e-card is a great option. I usually receive the e-mail to print my card within a few minutes after purchase. Love this feature!

I use this site to purchase gift cards but they only guarantee them for 45 days, so use what you get because I've had a couple that didn't work and was luck to get a refund inside the 45 day window.

I have used many times beating other websites with card discounts.

While sitting in the restaurant ordered new gift card and got it withing 5 minutes. Very fast and great service!

Bought some cards that gave as gifts which was used 60 days later with no balance on them they said only 45 day one was purchased feb 29 2016 went to use on may 24 2016 no balance store called corp. office which said card was used feb 28 2016 one day before purchase cash card said only 45 days even thought it had no balance when they sold it

I have bought several gift cards from card cash. It was always an easy and pleasant experience. No problems receiving gift cards either by email or usps mail.

I had a problem when Lowe's suddenly stopped accepting printed gift cards. It delayed me being able to make the purchase I desired until CardCash could send me the physical cards. It took about 2 weeks as I recall. Then a couple of the cards I received would not work right at Lowe's. Other than that, everything has worked well and provided good savings.

Got an answer right away but since it was past the 45 day period, there wasn' anything they could do. I understand but wasn't happy that I got ripped off. It won't change my purchasing habits too much however, I will try to buy things I know I will use rather quickly.
