I have ordered cards from them for at least 8 purchases. When the card comes, they use an adhesive to stick the card to the mailer. They always place the adhesive on the magnetic stripe which renders it inoperative. I have notified them of this problem several times and nothing has happened. The discount is not worth the aggravation in trying to get the issuer to replace the cards. TALK IS CHEAP. I don'y buy from them anymore.
I bought a Macy's gift card on Feb 5th worth $50. Been busy and finally went shopping June 1st. Was advised the card had been re-issued in April in a Macy's store then used for an on-line order! CardCash advise it was over their 45 day window and would not do ANYTHING about it. Called Macy's, their fraud dept wouldn't do anything either! Due to the card being purchased from a third party. Ridiculous! Will NEVER buy another gift card from CardCash again!
I purchased one Ross giftcard in March which shows as account closed when checked in store. I checked it almost after one month.
I put my request regarding the issue and within 3 hours I received reply. And refund was processed just within 5 hours which is amazing otherwise from other sites it took them months to resolve the issue that too after end number of reminders.
Now I just love to shop@ card cash for the card deals.
I purchased a $50 Outback card, and had it shipped to my mother for mother's day. She never received it, and CardCash does not track purchases below $100, so I'm just out of luck. Not the best impression.

I purchase discount gift cards from several discount gift card companies because of the percentage of discounts each company may offer. There have been a couple of companies that sent me cards that ended up having a zero balance as soon as I received them or after I had them for a while. One company, it took forever to get reimbursed for the useless gift card. The other company was really fast in reimbursing me for the gift cards, but it seemed like I was receiving a lot of problem gift cards from the company. However, I have purchased many gift cards from CardCash, and so far I have had no issues with their gift cards. CardCash is the company I use the most now because I trust them.
I've used CardCash for about 7 months and have gotten great deals on gift cards. I've used it for electronic cards and actual gift cards. At anytime I had to contact customer service the problem was handled promptly and efficiently. I would recommend using cardcash.

Card Cash guarantees your purchase for 45 days. However, the balance must be used in it's entirety within the 45 days, or you have basically lost it. I have lost hundreds of dollars. I used the cards and checked the balance within 45 days. I just didn't realize I had to use the whole balance within 45 days. They say it's the risk inherent in using a secondary market. It was a risk I didn't understand. They imply the loss rarely happens, but my experience is that it almost always happens. Only consider a card cash purchase if you plan to use it all right away and are prepared to lose the balance, if you don't.
I had a few times of card balance not matching the denomination. I contacted CardCash, and every time the service team solved the issues quickly. I have full confidence in CardCash, and whenever I need giftcard, the first I would think is CardCash. I would strongly recommend CardCash if anyone is looking for a website to buy giftcard.
And fast delivery on e gift's. Other sites like Cardpool take ages
This card was offered at a great discount and was delivered within minutes. Very easy!
My gift card at Cheesecake Factory turned up zero and since it didn't report during the 45 days, I lost $88 which wiped out all of my prior savings plus more. I will really think it is much safer to participate in the merchant's direct rewards program.
I purchased Chili's gift cards for a graduation dinner and had no problems. I will buy from CardCash again.
