Only one issue with getting a refund. Had to call five times over a week or two to get some answers. No one seemed to know the status and had to explain every time the situation since you speak to someone different every time but it was finally resolved. Other than this issue, great service and will continue using this site.

I ordered a $25 E-Printable I-Tunes gift card which I did receive quickly, however, when I went to redeem it, it said that the card was invalid and the code had already been redeemed. I contacted CardCash and they did issue me a refund promptly.

Purchase gift cards as gifts and for myself and at the end of the day they had a zero balance had to call your customer service, get the reimbursement which I haven't received it.

Fast efficient and reliable. Delivered items as promised. I like it

I notified Cardcash when I discovered the card would not work at the Burlington store. They checked and found that the numbers on the card were transposed. They issued me another card and it works fine. Thank you Cardcash!

These cards are sold at a discount and save me money. Plus there is no shipping expense involved. So far they have all worked well

I have purchased thousands of dollars from Cardcash. I tried multiple times to puchase cards for Forever 21 and my order was continually cancelled. It was very inconvenient and I paid more than I wanted to for the merchandise.

American Express said card cash is now showing as the equivalent of purchasing travelers checks and would not complete the transaction. We used AMEX for most of our purchases on Card cash--over $10k this year.

Discount values are not worth the effort now.

Have a variety of cards. Quick email confirmation and shipping. No problems with these cards!

When I began using CardCash, I found the website to be easy to navigate and very user friendly. Since the update, it's lost a lot of ease of navigation. Also, there were previously more physical cards available.

I had never heard about Card Case.

I've both bought and sold on cardcash. I had one issue where a e-card had no available balance. They checked into it and I had my money refunded within hours.

I had an issue with my card. Which they were great about and refunded me. But the representative refunded me for the wrong card. So after a week and a half I had to call back deal with customer representative again. Explain the situation and finally got the issue resolved.

I ordered 2 gift cards and they didn't work. They had to issue me a refund. I had to wait to get the cards and when they came they were invalid. They say they check them but obviously not.

Very satisfied with the entire experience. Speedy. Great price. Happy camper!
