Extra cash in my pocket! And easy as creating a shopping cart and checking out!
Olive garden egift card was for $200. Used it twice and on 6/28/2016 had 42.18 left on it. Tried to use it on 8/3/2016 and found the account was closed and had no value.
Panerra bread egift card was for 50.00. Used it once on 6/17/2016. Card had 30.69 left on it. Tried to use it on 7/27/2016 and told there was only. 01 left on card. Someone at store # ******* has stolen 30.68 from card and left. 01 on it.
It is obvious that there is a scammer in the CardCash system, or they do not fully vet the ecard sellers who keep the numbers and then steal the cards value
One of my purchases went through even though they no longer had the gift card, and it took some vigilance on my part to notice that I didn't get the right order, then I had to convince them through ~3 emails to charge me correctly. Another time, I paid them directly through my credit card, which I thought would save them whatever percentage paypal charges. The charge showed up as a cash advance. I got no support from them in getting the $10 fee refunded and ended up eating it. Their answer: use paypal.
Good savings but I did have a card that had a zero balance on it. No issue getting refund so I recommend checking balance when you get card. Also bought large credit with Lowe's and was sent an email that I should plan on using soon because Lowe's may change policies and it would not be covered under card cash refunds. I don't know how the change would or could have effected me because I used balance.
First transaction worked great! Second transaction my gift card wouldn't work in store so that was frustrating but Card Cash did reimburse me fully.
Overall would use again.
I bought a wrong gift card because of the similar names... I realized it the second day and called and wanted to cancel my order. The customer service told me that it is shipped, I have to call back after I receive it. I called 4 days later after I receive it and another CS Rep told me she reached out to the supervisor and I will hear back. I waited two weeks only to know that I can not cancel it.
So, be care of what you buy. Be care of what you buy. Be care of what you buy. It's very important so I repeat three times.
I used discounted gift cards for myself to save additional money at restaurants that I frequently visit. What brought me to the website for my first time purchase was an additional discount that Brads Deals was offering along with the already discounted gift card. I had no problem using the electronic gift card at the 3 restaurants that I purchased them for. My only suggestion would be to provide some type of expiration date for these cards. I would purchase here again if the discount is right.
Purchased Petco gift card that will get us through the month for nearly 25% off. Card arrived quickly and with the balance advertised. Doesn't get any better than that!
I save money by buying gift cards on this site. I pay for nearly everything with gift cards now, and my money goes farther. I have not had any problems with cards from the site.
I have purchased a couple times. The last time the electronic certificate was invalid, but they refunded my money immediately. Good thing I checked the certificate on Famous Dave's site before I went there.
`Very easy to buy, with 45 days guaranty. But I bought some gift cards with round values p. E. 300 or 250 which doughtfull were returned merchandise and when I tried to use them either the number was not recognized or had 0 value. As I was out of the 45 days after long discussions, as I was a good clent I recovered only partially what I pais
Great deals, super fast shipping... love CardCash services!
I love purchasing gift cards through CardCash. What a wonderful say to save money on places I plan to shop anyway.
I have used my purchases at CardCash.com to constantly get discounts on all sorts or items that were wanted (a huge discount for Teavana), gifts (my wife's recurve bow), or needed (new shoes). With a tight budget, every possible discount adds up. I can't see why people would pass that up.
I have ordered physical cards that have arrived in a few days. Even better, I have ordered online cards that have been in my email account in just a couple of hours, in some cases, minutes. This is a bargain hunter's best friend.
Only used once and have not redeemed all offers purchased, but so far all is good.
I have had to use the guarantee 3 times all on Hyatt gift cards. I would by them 20% and use them after a stay and find out that they had no money in them.
I have also had instances where the card had less than what was advertised.
I still use cardcash frequently because the discount is worth the risks. If someone comes out with a better site with more reliability, I would turn to them
I order my gc from cardcash usually to purchase clothes for my grandchildren and to donate to other children that I notice in need.
Last year, we spent $3000 with card cash on gift cards. We had several 'bad' gift cards which didn't have a balance or the amount was much less than stated. One of the cards was a Panera card. It was past the 90day guarantee, so my credit card allowed the dispute and I received my credit. Shortly after this happened, all of my lowe's gift cards which had a balance were 0. And recently when my daughter went to Buckle to use the $500 gift card we bought from card cash, it was also zero and she was told it was depleted last September, which was the same time frame. They're codes are clearly not secure and you risk ever keeping one past the date of the guarantee.
I started using them last spring and initially I would only have an issue occasionally. Since the first of this year over 75% of them are worthless. I've purchased over $10,000 this past year but I'm done. You can't trust them anymore!
I bought a Fandango gift card. I tried to use it but it wouldnt work without a PIN, which was not on the e-voucher. CardCash said they take no responsibility in providing a PIN and that since 45 days had past, my claim was rejected. The worst part is that the card value is real, but it cant be redeemed and the only party that could help is refusing to do so for a customer that has purchased several times before!
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
