I ordered a stein mart gift card and I did not use it in 45 days and I could not claim the cards so I lost my money and could not get it back
This was a great experience! I ordered the gift card. Printed it out an hour later and went to the restaurant that night! No complaints, everything was perfect.
Excellent service. Fast delivery and great deal. Always fun to save money! Once again, happy customer!
Always a wonderful savings and easy to do. Wonderful site!

Customer said the account was frozen and we had to pay cash for our dinner. Then I called cardcash and they credited me the money I paid for the card.
Over five years of purchasing from CardCash. Saving hundreds of dollars for our family budget annually. IF there is a problem... they are quick and responsive. We have absolute trust in purchasing from CardCash and have recommended them to numerous friends and family!
Terribke come to restaurant to pay they say no money on gift card. The website cardcash.com did not refund money since it is post 45 days
First time I thought the gift card and I am not to sure about the company. When I receive the gift card and I went to try to use the gift card see if that work. When the cashier took the gift card and I know that is a good gift cards. So I bought a lot of gift card from this company and I love it. If you have any problem you can return it with no problem at all that's why I love it
That's ridiculous about E-Gift card, why have to purchase $20 minimum for it, We can understand of Physical gift card.
Yes I love the savings on the gift cards! No it's not always a good thing. I've had 3 different cards that I have had problems with. One worked fine the first time I used it and then when I went to use the rest of it it was empty. The other two had no balance from the start. So it's frustrating to go pay with them and they hand it back to you and say there's nothing on it and you have to pay another way. Whoever sells CardCash these cards must save all the numbers on them and then use them up after they sell them. Just be cautious!
Most every purchase has gone smoothly and when one didn't cardcash made it right!
More than one gift card has not been usable but after the guarantee period. Some had initially been used without a problem. I called with as much info as I could gather and requested feedback but received none. These cases involve fraud and I think Card Cash knows or finds out more than they let their customers know. I clearly will not be buying in the future like I have before.
CardCash is a great way to save a few bucks. The thing is that a) you must remember to USE it and b) you're not going to be getting a huge amount off. I mean, if it's a $25.00 value, and you pay $21.00, you save $4.00, which is great, but it's not life changing.
I DID have a bad experience at Panera, where they could NOT get it to work, so that means that instead of saving $4.00, I wasted $21.00! But that was just ONE bad experience.
I purchased 3 cards from CardCash. I was pleased with my $25 GC to Cracker Barrel, and my $50 to McDonalds. When I went to use my Tacobell GC for $50 today for the first time ($50 still on it supposedly), it would not work. Therefore, I paid CardCash $50 for a useless card that does not work. The cashier swiped the gift card three times with no luck. I would like to speak with customer service about this issue and get a real Tacobell giftcard for $50 or my money back. Thank you for your time.
I like the fact that I can buy a gift card minutes before I need it and I can usually find for the amount that I am spending. I also enjoy the promotions even an extra 5 percent off is nice.
I placed an order while a sale was going on. Even though I got a confirmation number, CardCash didn't process the order. They offered to give me the same 5% discount as the sale, but the original discount for the gift cards could not be honored. It was an 18% discount that got reduced to 2%.
Received a $25.00 Chili's gift card that had already been used.
Contacted customer service and still waiting to hear back from them.
The amount each card was worth was not as clear as it could have been.
Answer: Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating. A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB. As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating. Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.
Answer: Negative comments because they deserve them. They have the best deals because they have the most scammers selling them cards. That's why they only have a 45 guarantee. The majority of their cards will be zerod out by the 45 days or right after. Then, you are screwed. They WON'T refund your money after that.
Answer: Yes, my brother had a bad transaction with Cardcash. He put a hold through PayPal and Cardcash had to respond and then quickly resolved the problem. Cardcash is the only gift card company that I have dealt with constantly sells bad cards. I know only use giftcardrescue, cardpool, or monster giftcard. Never had a problem with them.
Answer: We have a 45 day guarantee for such occurrences. Please reach out to our claims department so we can assist you. Thanks!
Answer: Of course! You are covered by our 45 day guarantee. Please email [email protected] so we can resolve it immediately. Have a wonderful day!
Answer: They don't. Don't do it. They make it seem like this is a better, faster option but they've taken my $150 cards for over a week now and have not responded or provided me the MasterCard info. Please stay away and report to BBB as this is a common practice of theirs.
