I always have good experiences with Card Cash but I would NOT recommend getting them gifts. I had a very very very bad experience with you all concerning Lowe's. I actually LOST over 500 dollars using card cash. THAT I will not recommend you for. The 45 days guarantee is a bad policy. Most gift cards never expire. Therefore, your guarantee should be for the life of the card as long as it is not used. People order cards sometimes and don't plan on using them immediately. My experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

"I bought a gift card for $180 few months ago and when checked it has a ZERO balance. It was a merchandizing card sold to me as a gift card and now when I call them, they say that it is past 45 days and no help.

The merchant clearly stated that no one can use the balance unless the card is physically presented and I possess the card with me and there is no balance in the card. Additionally the merchandise cards are non-transerable that card cash sells them as gift cards."

Got a $300 QT gift card. It was reported stolen and I couldnt use the fund, but when I contacted Cardcash, they just said 45 day is over so there is nothing they can do.
Why sell $300 gift card if the card can basically expires randomly after 45 days? They are basically helping scammers rip their customers off.
Either offer better protection like 100 day protection from other site or dont sell gift cards that cant reasonably be used in a month. They told me I should have known the risk. Yes, it is definitely my fault for having bought from their site. A

I purchased two $100 gift cards and used about $40 from one of them immediately. When we went back to use it again about 2 months later, both cards had $0 balance.

This site is a haven for scammers. Play with fire if you want, but be sure to use your cards within the 45 day claim period or you will get burned.

I am a new customer of CARDCASH. I purchased a movie e-gift card and when I went to use it, I was told it had a zero balance. I contacted the company right away and was given a credit. I also purchased two gift cards for Massage Envy in a large amount, brought them to the location I have a membership at and they were processed fine. Three weeks later, I was informed that the cards were fraudulently purchased with a stolen credit card and they now had no value. I have filed a claim and I am hoping there are no issues. I am concerned now that other cards I have purchased may not have value and I will not know until I use them which could be after the 45 day guarantee. I am uncertain if I will continue to use this website.

I was hesitate about buying a gift card from this place in internet since I was not sure if they would accepted in the stores in PR. I went to one of the shoes stores and to my surprise they did accepted. I got a really good deal thanks to card cash. I would recommended. Even though at least in PR they would not allow you to buy any gift card if is for less than $15.00 which I don't understand why. You will have to check which one is the limit for your country.
