Your paypal interface is only picking up my old data. All the information was updated 3 years ago. I have had no problems purchasing product from other companies for the last two years on paypal.

Follow-up: The product arrived on-time and without a hitch. The product is very good. If anything, I would have liked a slightly better fit, but I think given the cover is for a car size, it is the best I could expect (It looks a little frumpy - but hey, its a car cover and does its job; Well I might add). The first day it arrived we had a wet snow storm that evening - the car cover worked flawlessly. The cover did not become unmanageable, or rigid. The snow came off easily and it folded nicely.

I ordered my car cover after talking to a rep. Online, who was very helpful by the way. I asked if there was a difference if I had a factory rear spoiler on my car. He told me there was a difference, and to note it in the NOTES section so that they could send the right one. They didn't. I received a cover that did not fit my car properly. I called the next day and they did set up an exchange, but I now have to resend and wait for the new cover. Time was critical in this situation, so that is why the lower ratings were given. Order accuracy was very important to me, but it did not happen.

The only complaint I had was that the cover did not take the side mirrors into account as some other covers do.
